This first-floor master bedroom is adorned in neutral shades and comes with a balcony with cosy seating.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, Wi-Fi, rollaway bed and wardrobe.
This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
This first-floor master bedroom is adorned in neutral shades.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, Wi-Fi, TV, rollaway bed and wardrobe.
This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 4
This first-floor master bedroom is adorned in neutral shades.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, Wi-Fi, rollaway bed and wardrobe.
This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries along with a marvelous bathtub.

There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
1 bathroom on the first floor comes with a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA
The living room on the ground floor has sofas that seat up to 10 people in one go.
This area is equipped with a fan, TV, music system and strong WiFi for convenience.
This dining room is part of the living room seating 8 people comfortably.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

POOL
There is a private pool, 33x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth, and is accessible till 8  PM.
The private pool on the side makes the perfect space to escape the humid climate and relax the muscles.

- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 5KVA generator on call, can support all the appliances for up to 4-5 hours. 
- Mobile networks like Jio, Aiterl and VI work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the property. 
- This property is a part of a gated community.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
