BEDROOMS: 

- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the first floor. 

- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 

- Some bedrooms have balconies. 

- Queen-sized beds are offered in the rooms on the ground floor and king-sized beds are offered in the rooms on the first floor. 

BATHROOMS: 

- There are 4 bathrooms - all attached. 

- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. 

KITCHEN & MEALS: 

- The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a gas stove and a water purifier.

- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 14 people. 

- Guests are not allowed to cook.

- The chef can prepare meals for the guests as per the menu. 

- Guests can also eat out in the nearby eateries like Delhi Dhaba, Rhythm Restaurant and Saravana Vilas. 

COMMON AREAS: 

- There is a lawn with gazebo. 

- Events can be organized at an additional cost on prior notice. 

- There is a shared swimming pool. 

- The pool is 60x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. 

- The pool has a 30ft. long slide and a waterfall. 

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and swimming pools.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS

The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 

- The villa is located in a gated community. 

- There are CCTV cameras installed in the common and outdoor areas for security purposes. 

- Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. 

 - There is a private entrance to the beach. 

- This is a wheelchair property. 

- The open-theatre has a 250 sq. ft screen with Dolby 7.1 channel outdoor music system and a wide range of movie collection. 

- Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS: 

- An open-theatre is available at an additional cost. 

- Archery and Air Pistol Shooting can be done at an additional cost. 

- Karaoke with Strobe Party Lights can be arranged at an additional cost. 

- Barbeque is available at an additional cost. 

- Kayaking, Jet Skiing, Hobiecat, Wind-Surfing & ATV rides can be arranged at an additional cost. 

HOUSE RULES: 

- Loud music is not allowed post 1 AM. 

- Smoking is only allowed outdoors.

Apart from these convenient routes, the guests can also drive down to the villa as this property has ample amount of parking space.

POLICIES

- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.

- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.

- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.

- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.

- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
