Bedrooms: (All bedrooms are on the ground floor)
- The villa has 2 bedrooms, each equipped with an air-conditioner
- All bedrooms have double beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms
Living Room:
- The living area is located on the ground floor and is quite spacious with a seating arrangement
- There is a flat screen TV for guests to enjoy their favourite TV shows and movies
Bathrooms:
- The villa has 1 private bathroom and 1 shared bathroom
- All bathrooms have modern fixtures and are equipped with geysers for 24/7 hot water supply
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided in all bathrooms
Kitchen:
- The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, an electric stove and a water purifier
- The kitchenette and dining area are on the first floor
- Guests are not allowed to cook in the property.
- Guests may reheat on the induction cooker or microwave provided.
- Crockery is available for 8 people
Lawn:
- The villa has a huge private lawn
- The lawn is well maintained and has an outdoor seating space for 10 people
- Music is not allowed outdoors.
Pool:
- The villa has an outdoor pool that can accommodate upto 8-10 people.
- The pool is usable from 10AM to 7PM.
- Guests will be allowed to use the pool strictly in swimwear.
- Kids must always be accompanied by adults.
- Pool size: 50 ft x 18 ft with a depth of 5 ft.
- Music is not allowed outdoors.
Entertainment:
- A few board games and books are available at the villa
House Rules:
- Stag groups are not allowed.
- The caretaker is available from 8 AM to 1 PM, and from 3 PM to 7 PM.
- Music cannot be played near the swimming pool.
- All guests entering the pool must be in proper swim wear.
- Guests are not allowed to cook. Only reheating food using the induction cooker or microwave is allowed.
- Hookah is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Guest Access:
- With the exception of the kitchen, guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.
Interaction with Guests:
The host is not present at the property, but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property and his timing is (8am to 1pm & 3pm to 7pm) to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

- Secured parking space for upto 4 cars is available
- A medical kit with basic first aid is available at the villa
- A power backup is available at the villa
- Children must be supervised in and around the swimming pool
- Monkeys, chickens and a few other creatures can sometimes be found in the villa premises

- The Kashid Beach is just 2 minutes away
- Murud Janjira Fort, Phansad Wildlife Sanctuary, Old Mughal Mausoleums are recommended places to visit nearby
- Jet skis, parasailing, water sports and pony rides are a few activities that are available at Kashid Beach
Policies
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
