Start your day with a refreshing swim in the stunning  temperature controlled, followed by a hearty breakfast. Embark on nature treks and trails, exploring the lush surroundings and discovering the beauty of Coorg. Return to the villa for lunch, savouring delicious food amidst the serene backdrop. Spend your afternoon playing indoor games or simply relaxing as the evening sets in. With a combination of luxury, comfort, and outdoor activities, Reflection by the Woods ensures that every moment of your stay is filled with relaxation and enjoyment.

Pond
- This bedroom is on the ground floor.
- Includes a queen size bed, a single cot, Wi-Fi, AC, heater, and an extra single mattress.

Moon
- This master bedroom is on the first floor.
- Includes a sofa-cum bed, king size bed, Wi-Fi, AC, TV, heater, and an extra single mattress. 
- Ensuite Bathroom with a jacuzzi, Attached Balcony.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- One of the bathrooms also features a jacuzzi.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
- There is a spacious living room.
- Include Wi-Fi and sound system.  
- There is a separate dining area.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with all cooking essentials, electric kettle crockery, and cutlery.

POOL 
- There is a private temperature controlled pool.
- The pool is 20ft x 15ft with a depth of 4.5ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised with how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls

P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round!

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow 1 pet at an additional charge. 
- The pet will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, the pet will not be permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pet, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, the pet will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pet, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES 
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
