This charming homestay is built around a beautiful courtyard that has a 50-year-old Jamun tree in the middle. The garden is beautifully landscaped with 4 levels to take advantage of
the natural slope of the plot and is full of trees, some of which are fruit-bearing like Lychee, Mango, and Chickoo. It’s an ideal place to visit with your family, with multiple spaces such as the verandah, courtyard, and garden area to relax during your holiday.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in both the rooms.
- Both the rooms have double beds. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached.
- Both the bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS

- The living room seats up to 6 people and offers a TV.

- The dining area seats 6 people.

- There is a lawn with seating for up to 10 people.

- There is a courtyard with a Jamun tree in its centre.

- Guests also have access to the garden.

KITCHEN
- The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, cooking utensils, a refrigerator and is fully functional. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals

GUEST ACCESS

The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the owner's bedroom and the outhouse beside the villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is present at the property and is always accessible. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost on an a la carte basis.
- They can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Annapurna Restaurant, Ramakrishna Hotel, Swagat Restaurant and Kinara Dhaba.
- If guests don’t eat their meals at the villa and order in instead, an additional charge of Rs. 500 for cleaning the utensils will be charged.
- Meals to be consumed only at the dining table and not in the rooms to avoid attracting ants and insects.

HOME TRUTHS

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The property gates shut by 10 PM.
- There are 3 bedrooms, 1 room is occupied by the owner and guests have access to the other 2 bedrooms.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter is available in the villa.
- The guests do not have access to the outhouse beside the villa.
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at Retreat On Cloud 9, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushy dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Pune International Airport - 90 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 4 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 3 km.
- Distance from the local market - 3 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed only in the outside porch area and not inside the villa.

POLICIES
- The number of guests cannot exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- ID proof is mandatory for each individual guest at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- Any breakage or damage of any items in the home will be charged at actuals.
- Any illegal activity, including the use of narcotics, prostitution, commercial activity, is strictly not permitted.
- The rental cost is exclusive of the refundable security deposit. We collect this additional amount before your stay - usually via a bank transfer - and refund the entire amount back to you after your stay, provided the number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- A damage cover fee of Rs. 500 per night is collected at the time of booking. This fee is non-refundable.
