- Both the rooms open up to the well-manicured lush lawn and views of the equally lush green surroundings.
- Both the bedrooms are also equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms - both on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, hairdryers, and basic toiletries.

- The cosy dining area is a component of the living room on the ground floor.
- It has ample seating arrangements for up to 6 people and is equipped with an AC and heater.

The guests have access to the entire villa except for the commercial kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic and as the villa is located in a gated society, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities. Please note that there are units on the premises to which guests do not have access.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available at all times,

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that guests need to park their vehicles at the designated parking spot - 5 minutes away from the main villa. After which guests will be escorted to the villa via electric cars to their residence.
- As the villa is located in a gated society, guests may have restricted access to all the shared amenities. 
- There are various units on the premises out of which guests have access to only this unit.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
- Owing to the location of the property, guests are requested to remain cautious of bugs and insects, and wild animals.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available at all times.
- Please note that meals will be served at the in-house restaurant.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
This was India's first national park when it was founded in 1936. It bears Jim Corbett's name, a renowned environmentalist and naturalist. The stunning Jim Corbett National Park, which is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas close to the ever-famous hill station of Nainital, is also known for having the largest concentration of tigers of any Indian national park. As India's oldest and most prominent National Park, Corbett was first established in 1936 as Hailey National Park. It is also recognised for being the site of the 1973 debut of Project Tiger. POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
