With the backdrop straight out of a dreamy landscape, this property offers independent cottages, done up in aesthetic decor and modern amenities. Our favourite spot certainly is the shared swimming pool, which overlooks the backwaters and the stunning mountainscapes that are simply unparalleled. The manicured lawns spread throughout, boast a children's play area, while the indoor common spaces include a private conference room for movie screenings and a common in-house restaurant. This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, nor a pet-friendly property. 

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 well-furnished, independent one-bedroom cottages. 
- All bedrooms offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, TV, AC, electric kettle, extra foldable beds and ensuite bathrooms.
- All bedrooms offer an attached balcony overlooking the manicured gardens. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms and 1 poolside shower.  
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the ensuite bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a common in-house restaurant, with seating for up to 50 people. It leads out to the outer deck, overlooking scenic views. 
- Guests can enjoy a private movie screening experience in their very own private conference room, with ample seating arrangements. 
- The expansive outdoor spaces of the property boast a sprawling, manicured lawn, adorned with towering trees and overlooking the pristine waters. 
- It is ideal for the group to enjoy a game of cricket, basketball or football. 
- The lawn serves as a perfect spot for hosting small events and large gatherings and can accommodate up to 200 people for the same.
- There is a children’s play area as well, complete with slides and swings. 
- There is a massive shared swimming pool, 80x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. It overlooks the surrounding hills and mountains. 
- The pool deck makes for the perfect spot to unwind in, complete with pool loungers. 

KITCHEN
- There is a commercial kitchen, however, guests do not have access to it. 

FOOD
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost, on an a la carte basis. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 3 drivers at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per day inclusive of meals as per the availability.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing soak in the shared swimming pool or bask in the sun while on the pool loungers. Let your kids enjoy in the kids’ play area, while you take a leisurely stroll on the lawn. Gather your loved ones for a competitive match of cricket, basketball or football. Enjoy the classic indoor games like carrom and housie. Head over to the private conference room and spend the evening in the company of your favourite movies. Relish a lavish barbecue spread and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Savour the gorgeous landscapes that follow you here, everywhere you go.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue meals are available at an additional cost of Rs.1200 for veg and Rs.1600 for non-veg. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.1000 per session. 
- The private conference room can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs.11000.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The shared swimming pool and in-house restaurant are a 150 m. walk away from the cottages.
- The road leading up to the villa might not be concrete.
- This property is not suitable for pets. 
- The location of the villa is secluded.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes. 
- In case of a power outage, there is a 2.5KVA inverter in every cottage that can support lights and ceiling fans for up to 8 hours. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- A baby bassinet can be provided upon demand. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.

There is more to Nashik than just wine tasting and excellent weather. It is a culturally and historically important city of Maharashtra, renowned for its mythological significance. While you enjoy a scenic route up to Nashik, don’t forget to notice the city’s distinct culture and vibrant personality. HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
