There are 4 ensuite bathrooms.
The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.
One of the bathrooms also offers a hairdryer.

KITCHEN
There are 2 separate kitchens for vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking. Guests do not have access to both kitchens.
The kitchens are equipped with an oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, mixer, grinder, crockery, and cutlery.
Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWNS

- Meals can be provided in-house for the guests at an additional cost .
- A barbecue kit/meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged as per the weather conditions for an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session for a duration of 2.5 hours.
- Amenities such as a washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, and torch can be accessed by the guests for no extra charge.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchens. Kindly be advised that the owner resides on the property in a distinct unit that is not accessible to the guests. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
