It is equipped with seating arrangements for around 8-10 people

POOL
There is a private pool, 45x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth and is accessible till 10 PM.
There is a washroom beside the pool for the showers before and after a nice swim.

LAWN
There is a 5000 sq. ft lawn where guests can carry out their workout routine or play some outdoor games.
This lawn is perfect for personal workout sessions and fun picnic with your loved ones.

TERRACE
The expansive terrace offers a scenic 180-degree view of the surroundings.
Guests can sip on their favourite beverage and indulge in some quality time in this area as they enjoy the scenery.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, toaster, grill sandwich maker, electric water heater and hand blender. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an additional cost.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.

- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
