BEDROOM 1 
This bedroom on the ground floor has beautiful glass windows allowing you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking views of the mountains.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe and an extra mattress for utmost comfort.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
This bedroom on the ground floor has beautiful glass windows allowing you to immerse yourself in the breathtaking views of the mountains.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe and an extra mattress for utmost comfort.

BATHROOMS
There are 4 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
There is a living room on the ground floor furnished with wooden flooring, fan, TV and a music system for entertainment.
The living room on the ground floor seats up to 13 people and has a workstation for convenience.

DINING AREA 
The dining room is part of the living room and has a charming aura as you view the mountains and grab a bite.
This area can comfortably accommodate 8 people in one sitting.

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
Light cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

POOL
There is a private outdoor pool, 21x14 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth with the sight of the lush greenery and mesmerising sky.
The pool is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbeque kit/grill is available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Up to 2 adult personal staff can be accommodated at the staff quarters at an additional cost of Rs 600 per night, excluding meal charges.

Pali, Sudhagad, is a small, industrial city situated at the foothills of the Sahyadri Mountains. Featuring several breathtaking waterfalls, Pali, Sudhagad,  is often referred to as the city of waterfalls. Pali, Sudhagad,   is a popular trekking destination as it is one of the better preserved forts in Maharashtra. Due to the proximity of the city to Mumbai and Pune, Pali, Sudhagad,  has slowly gained popularity and attracts flocks of tourists. Made for a perfect weekend getaway, while at Pali, Sudhagad,  they can:

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
