The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 in the basement and 2 on the first floor. 
- AC and Wi-Fi access is offered in all rooms.
- 2 rooms have king-sized beds and 1 room has a queen-sized bed. 
- 1 room has an attached balcony. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 2 attached, 1 shared and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor. 
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people and is equipped with a music system, AC, Wi-Fi and a TV. 
- There is a common room in the basement for the guests to hangout. 
- There is a separate dining room on the ground floor. It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- There is a common swimming pool, 25x50 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- There is a beautiful, 16x40 ft. lawn 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, mixer, water purifier and a toaster.  
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary and it includes tea, coffee, and one hot dish.
- Veg and non-veg lunch and dinner can be provided in-house at an additional cost. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities and the swimming pool.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim or play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk near the beach and embrace its beauty. They can also relish a hearty barbecue meal. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. 
- There may be power cuts for 5-10 minutes, however, power backup is available. 
- The caretaker is available everyday between 9 am to 5 pm only. 
- Guests are requested to convey their dinner preferences to the caretaker beforehand. 
- Since the stay is a part of a gated society, guests are requested to adhere to the society rules. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here. 
- Please note, the swimming pool is shared, and not private to the villa. 

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Known for its pristine touch and variety of amusement options around, Candolim is a small town located close to Baga, located on the shores of Arabian Sea. The white sandy beach of Candolim attracts a large number of tourists to enjoy various water activities like parasailing, bump rides, catamaran sailing, banana rides, windsurfing and more. So while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Goa International Airport - 41 km.
- Distance from Madgaon Railway Station - 47.8 km.
- Distance from Mapusa Bus Stand - 9.2 km.
- Distance from Candolim Market - 700 m.

HOUSE RULES
- All-male groups can be allowed on request. 
- Pets are allowed in the house but not in the pool. 
- Loud music is not allowed in common areas and post 10:00 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.  
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 12,000 will be collected before check-in.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
