Enter this humble abode and find yourself on the lawn that caters to fun memories in the open space with exciting picnics and workouts in solitude. Upon exploring further, guests can find themselves at the oasis of the property; the outdoor pool. This aquatic feature invites guests to immerse in a rejuvenating dip while enjoying the serene ambience that surrounds them. Take a break under the gazebo as you sip on some refreshments and indulge in heartfelt conversations. Inside, guests can challenge each other to a friendly game of foosball or watch their favourite flicks on the TV. Furthermore, the terrace promises amazing sights of the region along with seating arrangements.

- It is additionally equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, and wardrobes for storage.

- There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- There is 1 shower room outside the villa, near the pool and gazebo.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
- There is a snug living room on the ground floor complemented by full-length glass sliding doors that offer stunning views.
- This space comes with a TV, WiFi, comfortable seating, and a music system. 
- There is a dining area as well that is part of the living room.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery. 
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

TERRACE AND LAWN
- An expansive balcony-cum-terrace is present on the first floor with sights of the lawn and mountains.
- There is a well-maintained lawn that surrounds the villa, perfect for picnics and fun moments.

POOL AND GAZEBO
- There is an outdoor pool, 20x10 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth, ideal for a refreshing dip under the mesmerising skies.
- A gazebo is situated right beside the pool offering shade and rest after an exciting splash.
- The pool is accessible from 8 AM - 10 PM every day.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The meals will be delivered at the villa.
- The costs for the above-mentioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
