Sitting on the terrace of this beautiful home in Coorg, which overlooks a scenic backdrop of the woods and bright blue sky, you'd be forgiven for thinking you're secluded away, miles from civilization. Four opulent bedrooms, each tailored to provide the highest comfort, are kitted in this lovely, well-designed home. One may choose from a variety of experiences, such as unwinding at the beautiful gazebo while soaking up the scenery and fresh air, or sipping a drink on the terrace while admiring the starry sky. This house features something for everyone!

This home affords you the privacy you want without sacrificing access to nearby tourist attractions, which are only a short drive away.  With several lounge areas, tastefully designed interiors, and a sprawling lawn, Bask In The Greens is the ideal place to relax with your friends or family.

- This classic abode set amidst the soothing environs of Coorg houses 2 luxe bedrooms - on the first floor.
- Each bedroom with a certain distinct charm also features a balcony sit-out space overlooking the surrounding coffee and pepper plantations.
- These bedrooms also offer amenities such as a king-sized bed, extra mattress, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a wardrobe.
- Both bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom equipped with all the essentials.
- Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms on the first floor.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room - on the ground floor.
- All attached bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
 
COMMON AREAS
- Surrounded by a verdurous canopy of coffee and pepper plantations, this uber-luxurious home offers a range of experiences for a fun-filled yet relaxing getaway.
- The spacious confines of this home open up to a chic living room on the ground floor with couch & sofa-style seating for 12 people.
- It features amenities such as Wi-Fi access and CCTV for security purposes.
- There is another living room on the first floor, with comfortable couches and sofas that can seat up to 5 people.
- Equipped with Wi-Fi access, both living rooms open up to a splendid view of the lush green forests. 
- A walk through the living room on the ground floor will lead you to the cosy dining area that can accommodate up to 12 people.
- Here’s where guests can enjoy a hot and scrumptious spread of local Mangalorean and Coorg cuisine while catching up with their loved ones.
- Get a glimpse of the crystal clear skies, cool gusts of wind, and the surrounding verdure on the terrace on the first floor.

KITCHEN
- There is a service kitchen that guests can access for cooking basic meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, induction plate, toaster, mixer, and grinder.
- Crockery and cutlery are also provided.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complementary.
- All other meals are available at an additional cost.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas. Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms on the first floor. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available at all times.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

Set right next to the Namdroling Monastery, this home has an abundance of experiences that ensure that you have a fun-filled stay! Begin your day with a peaceful meditation session or a stroll along the dewy lawn. The plush interiors offer a variety of common areas where you can engage in some delightful conversations with your tribe. The verdant exteriors offer a host of activities that surely will bring out your inner child. One can play outdoor games such as basketball, cycling or badminton or simply lounge around and engage in friendly board game sessions. Walk around the coffee and pepper plantations. Get to know the true essence of Tibetan culture, from the senior monk of the Namdroling Monastery. End the day huddled up around the bonfire while enjoying a delicious barbecue spread. This blissful abode lets you relax, rejuvenate and reconnect with yourself.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue kit can be availed at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000.
- Guests can get to know about Tibetan culture through a senior monk at the monastery.
- Experiences such as plantation walks can be arranged for the guests.
- Guests can use amenities such as iron, torch, and washing machine for no additional charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that there are a total of 4 bedrooms out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms on the first floor.
- The location of the villa is secluded. 
- Owing to the location of the property, the premises offer a supply of fresh air throughout the year. Hence, there is no air conditioning system at the property.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 30 KVA inverter can support a few appliances for up to 5 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised by how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views, and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Go to Raja’s Seat and Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery)
- Visit Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls

P.S. Most of the town doesn’t require air conditioners. Now you can only imagine how good the weather is, all year round!

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
