- Equipped with an attached balcony, each bedroom provides an unending backdrop of the viridescent valley.
- Both bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.
- There are a total of 4 bedrooms positioned across two apartments, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms in Apartment 2.

- This spacious common lobby area with ground-to-ceiling windows, overlooking the surrounding greenery features lounge seating that can accommodate up to 15 people.
- It is equipped with a myriad of amenities such as a heater, TV, Wi-Fi access, and a wired CCTV camera.
- Adding to its leisurely aura, the lobby also features a pool table and table tennis.
- This apartment houses a living room on the lower ground floor, just adjacent to the cosy bedrooms.
- Equipped with a TV, heater and an electric kettle, these rooms with their lounge-type seating can accommodate up to 6 people each.
- Every nook of this cosy apartmental living room offers a stunning backdrop where guests can choose to grab a book and a hot steaming cuppa.
- Both of the apartments offer a living room each, out of which guests have access to only 1 living room of Apartment 2.
- The dining area is a part of the common lobby on the ground floor and can seat up to 15 people comfortably.
- It is equipped with a heater and TV.
- The floor-to-ceiling windows open up to a spacious balcony where guests can catch the vivid hues of the skies above.
- This luxe apartment also offers a cosy balcony at the front and back replete with comfortable furnishings that can seat up to 4 people each.

KITCHENS
- This apartment has a separate kitchen, where guests have access only for reheating purposes.
- It is equipped with a microwave, induction plate, and water purifier.

- It is equipped with a water purifier. Crockery and cutlery are also provided in each of these kitchens.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from the nearby eateries.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms/apartments and common areas except for the main kitchen. There are a total of 4 bedrooms positioned across two apartments, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms of Apartment 2. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available till 10:00 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 males and 2 females at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 each inclusive of breakfast. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters.

- A barbecue kit can be availed on request at an additional cost. Please note that all arrangements for the barbecue meal will be done by the guests.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are a total of 4 bedrooms positioned across two apartments, out of which guests have access to only 2 bedrooms of Apartment 2.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support a few lights, fans, and plug points for up to 4 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas and the parking space of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker resides near the premises of the property.
- This is a standalone property.

Kasauli, a cantonment town, is one of the most popular hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Take a tour to Kasauli Brewery where you can explore the process of Whiskey production and taste a sample of distilled whiskey. 
- Enjoy a panoramic view of nature from Monkey’s Point.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
