The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms.
- ACs, WiFi and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- King-sized beds are available in two rooms. The other two rooms have twin beds. 
- Balconies with a view of the garden are offered in two rooms.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are two living rooms.
- The living room on the ground floor seats up to 5 people. 
- It is equipped with a TV and WiFi.
- The living room on the second floor seats up to 3 people. 
- The dining room seats up to 12 people. 
- It is an open area with a view of the pool.
- There is a 1000 sq. ft lawn which offers comfortable seating for up to 7 people. 
- There are flowers of local species grown in the lawn. 
- There is a swimming pool.
- The pool is 12mx5m. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
- It is accessible from 7 AM to 10 PM.

KITCHEN
-The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a water filter, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS 
The host is present at the property. A trained and responsible caretaker is also present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The host is present at the property and is always accessible. They will be occupying one room, apart from the 4 rooms, of the property. STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a swim, relax on the hammock or play some board games, cards or Ludo.  Guests can also take a peaceful walk at the beach nearby or practise yoga.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This villa is not suitable for pets and guests who use a wheelchair. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support all lights and fans for up to 24 hours. 
- The host resides in the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 7 PM. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Yoga classes and local dance performances can be arranged at an additional cost. 

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Nestled in the district of Alappuzha, Mararikulam is a beach village with an abundance of coconut palm trees and golden sand. So while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Marari Mansion, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Visit the Mararikulam Shiva Temple. 
- Spend some peaceful time at Marari beach.
- Explore the grandeur of Velorvattom Mahadeva Temple. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Cochin International Airport - 71.4 km.
- Distance from Mararikulam Railway Station - 2.3 km.
- Distance from Cherthala Bus Stand - 12.5 km.
-  Distance from Mararikulam Market - 1.4 km.
- Distance from Marari Beach - 200 mt.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, a parking space outside the main villa for 2 cars is available.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
