BEDROOMS:
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor.
- AC, double beds and attached bathrooms are offered in all of the rooms.
- 2 rooms offer an attached balcony.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
BATHROOMS:
- There are 5 bathrooms - 3 attached and 2 common.
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms.
COMMON AREAS:
- The living room seats up to 10 people.
- It offers Ac, TV and a music system.
- A carrom board and a few board games are also available.
- There is a lawn with seating for up to 30 people.
- Events can be organised at an additional cost on prior notice.
- Outdoor games like cricket and badminton are available.
- There is a plunge pool.
- The pool is 25x25 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
- There is a kids’ pool with a depth of 2 ft.
- The exteriors of this property also feature a stunning riverside deck.
- Guests can catch a glimpse of the vivid hues of the sky from dusk till dawn.
KITCHEN
- Guests can access the kitchen for preparing tea, coffee, instant noodles and reheating food at no additional cost.
- However, for elaborate meal preparations, a charge of Rs. 2500/- per day will be levied.
- Both the kitchens are equipped with a refrigerator, a microwave, a gas stove and a water purifier.
- There are 2 kitchens - one indoor and the other outdoor.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for up to 12 people.
- Please note that cooking non-vegetarian food is not allowed in the indoor kitchen.
- However, there are no restrictions in the outdoor kitchen.
Food
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Jain meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.

HOUSE RULES:
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum post 10 PM.
- Smoking is only allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Pets are not allowed.
GUEST ACCESS:
Guests have access to the entire villa except for the first floor.
STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide staff accommodation at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per day, per person, excluding meals and taxes.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host may be present at the property and is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
- Please note that the first floor is not accessible to the guests as the owner resides on the premises.
- This property is suitable for guests who use wheelchairs.
- Guests are requested to inform at least 2 days in advance regarding the meal package, given the location of the villa in a relatively secluded area.
- Children must always be supervised, as the villa is close to the river.
- 1st floor is non-operational and not accessible to the guests as it is the owner's private property.
- Wi-Fi is not available, however, cellular networks such as Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- The road leading up to the villa is not concrete and has potholes owing to the unfavourable weather conditions.
- Please note that the host resides on the premises of the property.
- The pool lights are currently not working and will remain non-functional until further notice.
POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
