This is an aesthetic and minimalist bedroom on the ground floor with an attic and lawn view. 
It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and an extra mattress.
This room opens to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
This is an aesthetic and minimalist bedroom on the ground floor with an attic and lawn view. 
It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi and an extra mattress.

BEDROOM 3
This is an aesthetic and minimalist bedroom on the ground floor with an attic and lawn view.

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 powder washroom. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There are 3 aesthetic living rooms. 
They all have AC, TV, Wi-Fi, CCTV and comfortable seating.
The second living room includes the dining area as well. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to reheat. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven, gas stove, refrigerator, crockery, cutlery and water purifier. 
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN 
- There is a spacious and verdant lawn with ample seating arrangements. 
- Guests can also enjoy a golf setup and other available games on the lawn. 
- Additionally, there is also a lovely kitchen garden where guests can relish fresh vegetables hand-picked by the caretaker.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A washing machine is available for use at an additional fee.
- The generator is available for use at an additional cost of Rs.500 per hour, payable directly to the caretaker.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
-In case of a power outage, the generator can provide backup power at an extra cost of Rs.500 per hour, payable directly to the caretaker.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This property is a part of a gated community.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
