- The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- Consumption of non-veg is allowed 

BATHROOMS
- There are a total of 6 bathrooms with 5 attached and 1 shared. 
- The bathrooms boast a geyser for hot water, plush towels, and essential toiletries for the guests' convenience.

LAWN 
- The beautiful lawn offers a serene view of Lonavala’s hillscape along with a cozy breeze.
- The lawn can accommodate up to 5 people, making it the perfect spot for an evening cup of tea

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Meals can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person. 
- A barbecue kit can be arranged and set up at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person.
- Amenities such as the indoor games, torch, iron, and clothes dryer can be accessed for no extra charge. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- Please note that there is ongoing construction work in the vicinity of the villa.
- The jacuzzi is currently under maintenance.  
- Guests do not have access to the society clubhouse. 
- All male groups are allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property
- The villa is part of a gated complex in Lonavala. 
- In case of a power outage, the 25 KVA inverter can support all appliances for up to 6 hours. Additionally, there is a 45 KVA generator that can provide backup for up to 6 hours. 
- Jio, Airtel and Vodafone work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. The network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living area and exterior areas of the property for security purposes.
- The caretaker resides near the premises of the property.
- Guests are requested to be aware of bugs and insects owing to the location of the property which is surrounded by open land and mountains.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
