Begin your day by soaking up the sun on the beautiful wooden patio, which features covered sitting and stunning views of the perfectly kept lawn. BEDROOM 1
- This cosy bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with wooden flooring and neutral hues, giving out a calm aura.
- It is equipped with an AC, Wi-F, wardrobe and extra mattress for utmost comfort and convenience.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom consisting of a bathtub, towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This cosy bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with wooden flooring and neutral hues, giving out a calm aura.
- It is equipped with an AC, Wi-F, wardrobe and extra mattress for utmost comfort and convenience.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
- This cosy bedroom on the first floor is furnished with wooden flooring and neutral hues, giving out a calm aura.
- It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe and extra mattress for utmost comfort and convenience.
- This room does not have an attached bathroom. Guests can use the common bathroom on the ground floor.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms, 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the terrace. 
- All bathrooms have geysers/solar, towels and basic toiletries.
- A bathtub is offered in one bedroom on the ground floor.

LIVING ROOM AND DINING AREA
- The living room on the ground floor has comfortable seating, with a direct entry to the patio and lawn.
- The living room does not have an AC but is equipped with a TV, cooler, WiFi connectivity and a sound system for entertainment.
- The dining room is part of the living room and comes with snug seating arrangements.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

LAWN
- There is a well-trimmed green lawn perfect for picnics and photoshoots. 

Veranda
- A wooden veranda surrounds the villa with serene views of the lawn.
- There are comfortable seating arrangements perfect for brunch and or high tea.

POOL
- There is a private plunge pool along with a kids section.
- The pool is 12x4 mtr. in size with a depth of 4.2 ft. Pool timings are 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be charged at an additional cost of Rs 1200 per session.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS AND HOUSE RULES
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Outside food is not permitted
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
