The bedroom comprises a fan, AC, WiFi and wardrobe for the guest's comfort.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.

This spacious room on the first floor opens up to a view of the pool.

BEDROOM 3

BATHROOMS 
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The living room situated on the ground floor is furnished with a fan, portable music system, TV, WiFi and CCTV.
It has sofas and a wing chair that seats up to 5 people in total.

DINING AREA 
This dining room is present on the ground floor with seating arrangements for up to 8 people.
It also has an AC to keep the temperature of the room cosy and comfortable.

KITCHEN 
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to cook meals.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- The kitchen strictly prohibits the storage or preparation of non-veg. food. For disposal of the same, they will be provided with disposables.

LAWN
There is a front lawn which is around 1600 sq ft. 
It can seat up to 8 people in one go.

POOL
There is a private plunge pool, 25x12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth.
The pool can be accessed from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 700 per session
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
