Every corner of this apartment is bathed in bright lights, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Large windows and strategically placed skylights ensure that the apartment is flooded with brightness throughout the day. The well-lit spaces not only enhance the aesthetics but also provide the perfect backdrop for capturing precious memories. Whether you're taking a family portrait or celebrating a special occasion, the apartment offers the ideal setting for those picture-perfect moments.

As the day turns into night, the apartment transforms into a playground for entertainment. A variety of games are available to keep the whole lot engaged and to maximize the fun. There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, placed next to the kitchen. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
The opulent living room present on the ground floor has amenities like a TV, fan, AC and many showpieces that bring out the vibrance of Kerala.
There is sofa seating and chairs that can accommodate up to 15 people.

DINING AREA
This minimalistic dining area is the perfect place to munch on some scrumptious meals after a long day of exploring.
It is adorned with mood lighting for a calm vibe and has seating arrangements for up to 8 people.

BALCONY
There is a spacious balcony beside the dining area that offers views of the town.
This area is the go-to spot to unwind during high tea and take in the town’s charm.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven and refrigerator
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- For all other meals, guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 1500 per person, per night. 
- The caretaker can collect groceries and food at an additional rate.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- Please note that the lift is non functional and there is a private staircase to the 3rd floor.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking of non-vegetarian food is not allowed, however ordering in and consumption is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are no CCTV cameras that capture the property for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a 2BHK penthouse apartment.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the apartment.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
