Lovely. Refreshing. Posh – That’s what a day at Skyville B looks like.  

This property has a bright, airy feel to it because light fills every nook and cranny. The property is filled with light all day long thanks to its large windows and well-placed skylights. In addition to improving the aesthetics, the well-lit areas make the ideal background for preserving priceless memories. The apartment provides the perfect backdrop for those picture-perfect moments, whether you're celebrating a special event or taking a family portrait.

When day gives way to night, the mansion becomes an entertainment paradise. To maximise enjoyment and keep everyone interested, a variety of games are offered. Play a relaxing game of chess or challenge your loved ones to a table tennis match. For those who would rather relax in peace with a book, the home also has cosy alcoves. You can find something to suit everyone's interests, whether it is sports fans or bookworms.

BEDROOM 1
- This luxurious master bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with an AC, fan, wardrobe and warm comforter for your convenience.
- It is furnished with sliding glass doors and wooden flooring accompanied by a balcony next to the room with a view of the city.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This luxurious master bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with an AC, fan, wardrobe and warm comforter for your convenience.
- It is furnished with a window and wooden flooring, highlighting its simplicity and elegance.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom, placed next to the kitchen. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- The opulent living room present on the ground floor has amenities like a TV, fan and many showpieces that bring out the vibrance of Kerala.
- There is sofa seating and chairs that can accommodate up to 15 people.

DINING AREA
- This minimalistic dining area is the perfect place to munch on some scrumptious meals after a long day of exploring.
- It is adorned with mood lighting for a calm vibe and has seating arrangements for up to 8 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with cooking essentials, a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian is allowed.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Personal staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 1500 per person, per night. 
- The caretaker can collect groceries and food at an additional rate.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

Home Rules and Truths
- Please note that the elevator is currently out of service. Guests may use the private staircase to reach the 3rd floor.
- Unmarried couples are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are no CCTV cameras that capture the property for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a 2BHK penthouse apartment.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed on the property. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the apartment only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the apartment.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
