- There are 6 attached bathrooms, 2 common bathrooms, and a poolside shower area.
- All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- Adjacent to Bedroom 4, this minimally designed space serves as the ideal gathering spot for connecting with your loved ones.
- It is outfitted with essential amenities, a TV, a portable music system, a gaming console, Wi-Fi for connectivity, and a CCTV system.
- It also offers a sofa-style seating arrangement that can accommodate up to 10 people.

DINING AREA
- The poolside al fresco dining area, designed to seat up to 10 people offers a delightful setting for outdoor dining.
- There is an additional utility area beside this space where 12 guests can be accommodated.

KITCHENS
- Guests may use the room kitchenettes for reheating purposes only. The commercial kitchen is not accessible to the guests.
- The kitchenettes are equipped with all reheating essentials, a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GAMES ROOM
- Situated on the first floor with a separate entrance this recreational space is curated for boundless fun and joy.
- It offers a foosball table, chess, table tennis, carrom, a books corner and range of board games.

POOL
- A private outdoor pool, accompanied by a deck, beckons as the ideal retreat—a serene spot to immerse yourself in cool waters and rejuvenate.
- The pool is 40x12 ft. in size and 4 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- There is an adjoining deck area perfect for a dining setup and an overpass bridge that adds to its grandeur.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- A barbeque grill can be availed at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 700 per session which also includes the cost of raw materials.
- Laundry services can be provided for the guests at an extra charge.
- Guests can access the gaming console for an additional charge. Other gaming facilities can be availed for no additional cost.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 3 KVA inverter can support 2-3 lights, 1 fan, 1 plug, 1 TV, each space per room up to 15 hours.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets with a security deposit of Rs. 5000. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 5000 will be collected at the time of check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
