- There are 4 ensuite bathrooms along with a powder washroom in the living room. 
- Each ensuite bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

LIVING ROOM
- As you step into the beautiful living room, you’ll be greeted by ample space along with many modern and plush furnishings. 
- With its sofa-style seating arrangements, this room can easily accommodate up to 10 people.
- The living room also comes with a bar area, that is perfect for your evening gatherings. 

DINING AREA
- There is an indoor dining space that is part of the living room. 
- This area can accommodate 8 people easily.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, juicer, refrigerator, toaster, induction plate, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

LAWN
- There is a 1700 sq. ft lawn at the backside of the villa. 
- There is a sit-out space as well that can seat 5 people at any given time. 

POOL
- There is an outdoor pool, 4 ft. in depth.
- The pool is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
