ADD-ON SERVICES
- Enjoy à la carte a selection of freshly prepared vegetarian and non-vegetarian specialties. 
- Barbecue service is available with a minimum order requirement of 8 portions.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be arranged for Rs. 2000 for 3 hours. To avail of the services for an additional hour a cost of Rs. 750 extra will be levied.
- Extra bedding can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 along with breakfast, excluding taxes, for children up to 10 years of age. 
- Extra bedding can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 along with breakfast, excluding taxes, for adults.

Take a seat back on the patio and lose yourself in a good read or the vibrancy of the ambience. Challenge your dear ones to a friendly game of pool. Gather around the bonfire in the evening and share stories and laugh about.

This bedroom is on the first floor.
It has a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi and a wardrobe.

This bedroom is on the second floor.
It has 4 single beds. The ones on the top are for sun lounging and the other two for sleeping. Also includes AC, heater, and Wi-Fi. This room comes with an ensuite bathroom.

This bedroom is on the first floor.
It has a king-size bed, AC, heater, TV, Wi-Fi and a wardrobe

There are 9 attached bathrooms and 5 powder rooms. 
All bathrooms have a centralised water heating system, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA (Ground & Second Floor)
The living room of Centurion is on the ground floor. The lounge for Bossa Nova is on the second floor.
It is equipped with an AC, heater, TV and WI-Fi.
Only Bossa Nova and Centurion have dining areas.

DINING AREA 2 (Bossa Nova)
This is a separate dining space.
Comfortable seating is available here along with amenities like an AC and Wi-Fi.

LIBRARY AND CARROM (Centurion)
A small library filled with engaging books is available.
The space is also furnished with indulgent games like carrom and other board games.

TERRACE, JACUZZI, POOL TABLE (Bossa Nova)
An open terrace with a jacuzzi is present with cosy seating and a jacuzzi.
A pool table is available in the common area for fun and relaxation.

KITCHENS (Only Reheating)
Guests have access to the pantry on the ground floor for reheating purposes only in Centurion and Bossa Nova.
It is equipped with and induction, refrigerator, microwave, cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

PATIO AND LAWN (Private)
A patio is available in front of the villas with seating arrangements and views of the hills.
There is a spacious lane lawn with seating arrangements and an amazing view of the surroundings.

Kasauli, a cantonment town, is one of the most popular hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. - All units can be rented out individually or together.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed in Bossa Nova and Centurion. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The manager and the serviced staff stay on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the property with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.

- Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is by 11 AM.

- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- Note that the amount will be refunded at check-out, provided the guest count aligns with the booking details and all house rules have been adhered to.- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.

- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
