Begin your morning with a refreshing cup of tea on the terrace, while soaking in the breathtaking views of the mist-kissed hills. After a hearty breakfast, gather with your loved ones for a friendly game of carrom or board games in the spacious living area, dive into the pool, or head outdoors for a game of badminton on the lush lawn, with the crisp mountain air invigorating your senses.

 Alternatively, unleash your inner rockstar with a karaoke session, creating unforgettable memories with friends and family. End the day on a serene note, swaying gently on the balcony swing, immersed in the tranquillity of the night. At Tableland Vista, every moment is filled with warmth, laughter, and the joy of togetherness.

THE SPACE 

BEDROOM 1
This spacious bedroom is on the ground floor. 
It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi,  heater and an extra mattress can be provided upon request. 
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2 
This spacious bedroom is on the first floor and opens up to an attached balcony. 
It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi,  heater and an extra mattress can be provided upon request. 
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3 
This spacious bedroom is on the first floor and opens up to an attached balcony. 
It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi, a heater, a sofa, and a recreational area. An extra mattress can also be provided upon request.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a bathtub, towels and basic toiletries. 

TV ROOM 
- This room is a cosy entertainment space on the first floor.
- It is equipped with comfortable seating, a mattress, TV, AC and a heater. 

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms and 2 common bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
A bathtub is offered in the bathroom attached to bedroom 3.  

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
There is a living room on the ground floor. 
It offers TV, sound system, Wi-Fi and comfortable seating.
There is a dining area as well that is part of the living room.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen to reheat meals. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, water purifier crockery and cutlery. 

LAWN 
There is a lush green lawn where guests can stroll, relax, and play games like badminton and cricket.

POOL
There is an outdoor swimming pool at the property.
It is 22x18 ft. in size and 2.4 to 4 ft. in depth. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to order in or eat out at nearby restaurants.
- A bonfire pit is available at an extra cost of Rs. 700 per session.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

A town originally discovered as a summer resort, Panchgani has come a long way. Now well-renowned as the tourists’ favourite hill station, it is a paradise, famous for its sunrise and sunset points. - Distance from Pune International Airport - 111 km.
- Distance from Satara Railway Station - 52 km.
- Distance from Panchgani Bus Stand -  2 km.
- Distance from Panchgani Market - 2 km.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional deposit of Rs. 5000. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

House Rules:
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- The jacuzzi in the villa is not heated.
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support only the emergency lights.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- This property is a standalone property. 
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
