Surrounded by gorgeous silver oak trees, Tall Silver is a beautiful spot for a small group looking to relax amidst nature. Its setting inside a 14 acre private coffee plantation, exclusively for the guests to enjoy. It is located by the Kaveri river makes for the perfect nature-hideout. While its cosy rooms are inviting, it's hard to resist the splendour of the pool with its breathtaking tropical view. Breakfast is complimentary and the delicious meals are prepared by an in-house chef.

This is a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms in this villa - all on the ground floor. The third room is a separate unit from the main villa. 
- Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, ensuite bathrooms and beautiful attached balconies.
- Two of the rooms are equipped with a king-sized bed, and the third has a queen sized bed.
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.

BATHROOMS
:- There are 3 bathrooms - each of them is attached to the bedrooms.
- Two of the bathrooms in the villa are equipped with an exotic open shower area.
- Each bathroom is equipped with geysers, towels and basic toiletries

COMMON AREAS: 
- With it’s super comfortable sofa-style seating, the living area  seats up to 20 people.
- There is a lawn where events can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice.
- Guests can enjoy an alfresco dining experience while enjoying a delicious barbeque meal, sitting by the beautiful lush lawn with tall silver oak trees, located at this property.  
- The villa has a private infinity pool overlooking beautiful, tropical views that can be accessed from 7 AM to 7 PM. 
- The aesthetically pleasing, wooden  has ample seating and overlooks the infinity pool. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost with two hours of prior notice. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing swim in the massive infinity pool while enjoying the beautiful view of the tall, silver oak trees or enjoy the open bar area. They can play indoor games that are available at the property. Taking a walk by the lawn will really soothe your soul. Fitness enthusiasts can have a relaxing yoga session by the open living area or embrace the beauty of the surroundings. They can also request for a barbeque or bonfire to be lit up. 

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Bonfire is available at an additional cost. 
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
- All meals can be arranged at property with inhouse cook with two hours of prior notice. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the property is equipped with a generator.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Music is allowed. However, please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Diving in the river is not allowed, given the presence of crocodiles. 
- As the villa is located in a peaceful forested area, guests might hear the chirping, humming and howling of wild creatures around.  
- There is electrical fencing around the property for security purposes, guests are advised to be cautious especially with children. 
- As the property is located amidst the forest, guests are advised to keep the windows shut in order to prevent mosquitoes from entering inside. 
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area.  
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised by how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at Tall Silver, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Visit Raja’s Seat
- Spend some peaceful time near Abbey Falls and Iruppu Falls
- Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery)

Getting Around:
- Distance from Kannur International Airport - 104 km. 
- Distance from Bangalore Central Railway Station - 230 km. 
- Distance from Bangalore - Mysore Satellite Bus Stand - 210 km. 
- Distance from the Kushalnagar market - 10 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry drinks inside the villa. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Check-in after 5 PM is not allowed. 
- Breakfast will be served from 8 AM to 10 AM.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
