KITCHEN 
Guests may use the kitchen only for reheating purposes.
It is equipped with all essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN
There is a 1250 sq. ft lawn that overlooks the mountains and coffee plantations around.
It is perfect for strolling around the mist-kissed grass or even for elegantly set up al fresco meals.
 
ADD-ON SERVICES

- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals will be delivered to the villa for an additional charge.
- Barbecue is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- An al fresco dining setup can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost of Rs. 5000 per night.
- Bonfire can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 per session.

Don’t underestimate the size of this little town, you’ll be surprised with how much you can do here. Also referred to as Kodagu, Coorg is a tranquil town cradled in the Western Ghats, encapsulated by lush green forests, mountain views and breathtaking weather. A definite must-visit place for coffee lovers, Coorg is one of the largest producers of coffee in India. So, don’t forget to sneak in a cup of their authentic filter coffee. Also, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- All male groups are allowed. However, a refundable security deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be levied.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, there is a 20 KVA power backup available.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum at all times.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and will be available from 7 AM to 8 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 3 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 1000 per pet.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as pet hair may fall in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
