All bathrooms have geysers for hot water, hair dryer, towels, and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
This expansive space is designed for true relaxation, providing the perfect setting to lounge and unwind in the company of your loved ones.
With Wi-Fi, AC, TV, a portable music system, and a balcony with a seating space it is equipped with amenities that enhance connectivity and leisure.
A sofa-style seating area can generously accommodate up to 8 people.

DINING AREA

The dining area can accommodate 6 people easily. 

KITCHEN
Guests may use the villa kitchen for reheating purposes only.
It is equipped with a microwave, electric kettle, refrigerator, water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

BALCONIES
Both floors feature balconies with seating arrangements, providing an ideal vantage point to relish the breathtaking views of the mountains.
Adjacent to the kitchen area, there is an additional balcony designed for dining. Each of these spaces can comfortably seat up to 7 people.

GAMES ROOM
Situated on the ground floor, this games room is curated for boundless fun and joy, providing the perfect arena for friendly duels and competitions.
It offers a foosball table, carrom and range of board games.

POOL
A private outdoor pool, accompanied by a deck, beckons as the ideal retreat—a serene spot to immerse yourself in cool waters and rejuvenate.
The pool is 9m x 5m and 4 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

LAWN
A snug lawn awaits right next to the swimming pool. The lawn is 300 sq. ft. in size.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Guests can choose to order-in or eat out at nearby restaurants
- A bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra cost of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Extra mattresses can be availed at the property.

- This is not a pet-friendly property.

- In case of a power outage, the Generator can support for up to 2 -3 hours.
- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 9 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes.
- The caretaker stays near the premises of the same property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- This is a standalone property.
- Outside food is allowed
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
