With soulful views and a tranquil ambiance, it's ideal for a group of friends or a family who want to embrace the holiday life in style. Walk in the little door and you will be welcomed by the charming garden surrounded by flowering trees and the sensorial scent of peace this home has to offer. Down on the ground floor, the whole group can gather on the patio for delicious al fresco meals from Anglo Indian with a glass of wine by your side. Our favourite place to unwind is definitely the beautiful jhoola on the patio - it's the ideal place to flop down with a good book, hide from the heat and lose yourself in the swaying rhythm of the swinging jhoola. If you're lucky enough to claim the bedroom upstairs, then you'll even have your very own balcony, where you can sip your morning coffee as you admire the awe-inspiring views. 

If you're craving some exploring, you don't even have to go far to find things to do in the neighbourhood. Just a short drive away, there's a peaceful spot you can enjoy irresistible bhuttas with a view of the Pawna Lake or head to Mapro Garden and let them spoil you with their unending spread of jams, crushes, squashes, ice-creams and grilled sandwiches. When you head back, end the night with some indoor games and fun times before you snuggle on the comfortable bedrooms. Wake up to the tranquil sunrise & the echoed music of the songbirds that surround you at The Annex.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly nor a pet-friendly property.

The Rooms:
- With nature and greenery serving as ethereal backdrops, there are 2 bedrooms at this property - 1 on the ground floor and  1 on the first floor.
- Embellished with a palette of warm and earthy interiors; you will experience nothing but solace here.
- Each of these rooms are equipped with plush amenities like a comfortable double bed, AC, a 55-inch smart TV, separate dressing areas and Wi-Fi access.
- The bedroom on the ground floor opens up to the outdoor living space and the lush, serene garden whereas the bedroom on the first floor opens up to a spacious balcony with calming views of the Lonavala hills.
- Both the bedrooms are equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

Bathrooms:
- There are 2 bathrooms at this property.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and plush toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. 

Common Areas:
- When you enter this tranquil home, you will instantly be wowed by the abundance of nature and sheer earthiness of the entire home.
- There is a beautiful garden where guests can start their day with a relaxing cup of tea,  in the company of chirping birds, peacock callings and fresh morning breeze under the canopy of the beautiful trees.
- Alongside the garden, there is a plunge pool where guests can take a quick dip and unwind.
- The pool is 9x9 ft. in size and 3 ft. deep.
- Right across the lawn, there is an additional outdoor living space that is covered enough to save you from the harsh summer heat but not too much, so you can enjoy the quaint outdoors.
- It is equipped with an outdoor bar-fridge and a water cooler; to make sure your drinks stay chilled and you, hydrated.
- As evening falls, you can head to the bar counter and pour yourself a glass of wine paired with a mouth-watering meal from Anglo Indian.
- The abundance of outdoor spaces means the stage is set to unplug from the virtual world and reconnect with the physical one.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only, under staff supervision.
- It is equipped with a microwave, induction plate, refrigerator and water purifier. 
- A cleaning charge of Rs. 100 will be levied after using the pantry.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost. Enjoy a scrumptious feast of your favourite gastronomical delights at the in-house Anglo-Indian Café and Bistro.
- Please note that outside food is not allowed.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 female staff. The staff will be accommodated in the living room and will be provided with a fan and a common bathroom.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The location of this villa is secluded.
- Please note that there is ongoing construction adjacent to the property, which may result in disruptions and inconvenience.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours. 
- Jio, Airtel and Vodafone mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Guests are advised to shut the windows once it’s dark during monsoon. Given the presence of greenery around, it is prone to insects or bugs.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretakers stay on the premises of the same property.
- Please note that the living room can accommodate 2 additional guests on a case to case basis. However, there is no partition or curtain available.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi Dam or Pawna Lake to have a relaxing time.
- Indulge in some fun activities at Della Adventure, one of India’s largest adventure game parks 
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Pune Airport - 75 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 5 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 4.9 km.
- Distance from Prathamesh General Store - 250 metres.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs.15000 will be collected in cash at the villa and refunded at the time of checkout. It is taken against early check-ins, late checkouts or any damages.
