Welcome expansive indoor spaces; the home opens up to a sun-soaked living room, sectioned into different spaces, each eloquently furnished. 
The earthy palette follows throughout & offers a bench, sofa-style seating arrangements, a swing, coffee tables and floor-to-ceiling windows. 
Offering a plethora of luxe amenities, it includes an AC, Wi-Fi access, portable music system and wired CCTV cameras for security purposes. 

INDOOR GREENHOUSE
As soon as you walk through the tall wooden doors of this beautiful holiday home, you will notice the indoor greenhouse. 
With an abundance of natural lights and featuring a variety of flora, the indoor greenhouse only adds to the earthy charm of the home. 

DINING AREA
Guests can devour a spread of lavish meals in the dining area, which is a component of the living room. 
Featuring a long table and ample chairs & accommodate up to 10 people. Just beside the dining area is the bar, featuring iconic art pieces. 
Outside, lies an alfresco dining space overlooking the surrounding scenery, with seating space for up to 10 people. 

TV ROOM
A cosy, air-conditioned, TV room awaits your arrival, replete with plush lounge chairs that can accommodate up to 5 people.
We recommend enjoying a movie night with your friends, family and loved ones! 

LAWN 
As you enter the villa’s gates, the driveway is dotted with lush foliage, & a towering ficus tree, that catches your eye from the get-go.
Adjacent to the driveway is a well-manicured garden, perfect for indulging in outdoor activities like cricket, badminton, or simply taking a walk.
At the corner lies a snug gazebo, complete with twinkling lights and cosy seating arrangements, enticing soulful conversations. 

POOL 
Walk out of the sliding glass doors, and you will be in the presence of the massive swimming pool, overlooking the distant hills and greenery. 
The private heated swimming pool is 45x75 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool till 10 PM. 
The pool is flanked by a deck, sprinkled with sun loungers, circular day beds and sofa-style seating, ideal for unwinding, relaxing and rejuvenating. 

BONFIRE PIT
Right by the pool is the designated open area, a stone bonfire pit, ideal to spend chilly evenings. 
The wrap-around pit boasts seating arrangements for up to 13 people and is the perfect spot to hang out, chill and be one with nature. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

ACTIVITIES
Perched upon a hill and decked with a myriad of experiences and amenities, The Barn promises to teleport you to an oasis while rejuvenation takes front seat. Prepare to disconnect, to unwind and to let go of all your worries as soon as you step foot inside this property. Days here begin with an elaborate breakfast, best relished in the alfresco dining area that offers views of the distant hills. The lawn is perfect for a lazy stroll in the mornings. Unwind and relax in the gazebo. As the day progresses, we suggest reconvening in the drawing room and enjoying a couple of board games with your loved ones. Spend somnolent afternoons in the many lounge-worthy spots of the home - swing away to your heart’s content, or grab a book to read in the comfort of your bedroom. 

Come evening, step outside and enjoy a relaxing dip in the private heated swimming pool. A de-stressing soak in the jacuzzi, whilst the sunsets, is one of our favourite things to do here! Relish your favourite cocktails by the bar. As the night sets, request for a bonfire to be lit up and relish a lavish barbecue spread, under the starry skies. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost. 
- Barbecue meal can be available at an additional cost. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost. 
- The jacuzzi can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs. 3000 for a duration of 4 hours.
- The pool can be heated at an additional cost of Rs. 7000 for a duration of 7 hours.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at the celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

- Distance from Pune Airport - 100 km.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- To ensure security and compliance, we kindly request that foreign guests obtain prior authorization from the villa management before accessing our premises.
- A refundable security deposit of INR 20,000 will be mandatory
- In case of a power outage, the 125 KVA generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
