The rustic interiors of this gorgeous holiday home are harmoniously juxtaposed with luxe furnishings in a subtle palette. Engulfed in verdant surroundings, the exteriors of the villa offer manicured lawns adorned with a variety of flora. The glass facade, the misty mornings, and the sun rays slicing through the windows make this a serene getaway home!

- Secured parking space for up to 3 cars and 2 bikes.

This is not a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 2 cosy bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 1 on the first floor. 
- Amenities such as a Wifi, heater, king-sized beds and attached bathrooms with a hair dryer are offered in both rooms. 
- The room on the first floor also has an attached balcony with seating arrangements, overlooking the mountains. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room in the villa.
- All bathrooms have solar geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- Both attached bathrooms offer a shower cubicle. 

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor, with sofa-style seating for up to 6 people. 
- It is equipped with Wi-fi, a wired music system and TV.
- There is a separate dining room on the ground floor, with floor to ceiling glass windows, overlooking scenic views. It offers comfortable seating for up to 6 people. 
- There is a lush lawn, 400 sq. ft. in size. It can accommodate up to 6 people.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. 
- Guests can go out or order in from nearby restaurants for all other meals. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 8 AM to 6 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk on the lawn, admire the gentle stream flowing, and embrace the beauty around. They can soak in the beautiful views from the balcony and enjoy the complimentary breakfast. They can relish a hearty barbecue meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. They can also venture out on hikes and treks. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue can be set up at an additional cost of Rs. 800. The barbeque meal will be prepared by the owner’s staff and guests do not have access to it. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per session.
- The washing machine can be used at no additional cost. Guests will have to bring their own detergent. 
- Room heaters can be availed at an additional cost.
- Trekking supervised by a trained guide can be arranged at an extra cost.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Please note that guests will have to climb approximately 35 steps from the parking space to reach the main villa.
- The road leading up to the villa is steep, though cars do go up. If shuttle service is required, the same can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per day.
- This is not a wheelchair friendly property. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the property for security purposes.
- In case of a power outage, an inverter is available.
- Mobile networks such as Jio, Airtel and Vi work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The ‘Queen of hill stations’ and rightly so, Ooty is a complete package of lush green plantations, vast meadows, giant mountains and beautiful waterfalls. If you’re heading down south and have a few days to spare, be sure to pay a visit to this beautiful hill station, situated amidst what we can only consider as nature’s best offering. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Enjoy the enticing beauty of Botanical gardens.
- Learn the history of Toda Huts
- Spend some tranquil time near Pykara Waterfalls 
- Explore the Tea Museum and Wax World Museum
- Experience the peace near Emerald Lake

Getting Around:
- Distance from Coimbatore Airport - 90 km.
- Distance from Ketti Railway Station - 2.7 km.
- Distance from Yelhanalhi Bus Stand - 2 km.
- Distance from Cherring Cross Road Market - 6 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed.
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
