Come and enjoy the magical ambience of bonfire nights under our gazebo as the sun sets. Enjoy warmth, humour, and storytelling in a setting that wonderfully accentuates the peaceful surroundings. The Big Chill provides a multitude of choices to revitalise and revitalise those who lead active lives. Riding one of the available bikes, take in the verdant scenery while enjoying the cool mountain air on your face. With the availability of fitness equipment, you can stay in shape and energised while visiting, ensuring that your quest towards wellness never ends.

The immaculate lawn of The Big Chill is a multipurpose sanctuary. Enjoy day picnics in the sun and make treasured moments with the people you care about. The same area turns into a fun playground where your animal companions are free to run about and explore. Enjoy the sunrise and sunset with a beverage in hand, sitting on the large front porch or the terrace up top.

THE SPACE 

BEDROOM 1
- This master bedroom on the first floor comes with a balcony which offers a view of the enchanting forest and hill.
- This bedroom is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, workstation and a single mattress for extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
- This master bedroom on the first floor comes with a balcony which offers a view of the enchanting forest and hill.
- This bedroom is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe, workstation and a single mattress for extra accommodation.
- This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM
- This enormous living room on the ground floor is adorned with a flat-screen TV, Music system and WiFi connectivity.
- There are seating accommodations available for up to 5 people.
- People can access the common washroom for convenience as they spend time in this area.

DINING AREA
- The dining area is situated beside the living room and has seating available for 6 people.
- People can access the common washroom for convenience as they spend time in this area.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the property kitchen to prepare their own meals. They can use the same for basic heating of food using the microwave.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, induction plate and a mixer-grinder.

LAWN
- This well-maintained and trimmed lawn spreads across 70-80 feet and is perfect for enjoying a stroll.
- This lawn is equipped with stone benches that can seat up to 5 people.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A cook is available to prepare snacks and meals.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per hour.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

Truly a nature lover’s paradise, this forested district is home to the most vivid wildlife sanctuary, caves, waterfalls and all things green. An added benefit for those who love to spend time outdoors, Wayanad is a great spot to handpick the finest southern spices. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Distance from Kozhikode Railway Station - 94.3 km.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the 165 aH battery inverter can support all the appliances for a couple of hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests are advised to stay cautious of any wild animals or bugs due to the villa location.
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the property and butts should be disposed only in the ashtray.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
