It is equipped with an AC, fan, wardrobe and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.

This children’s bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort.
It is equipped with an AC, fan and wardrobe for the guests’ convenience.
This room comes with a shared bathroom situated beside the bedroom and is equipped with towels and basic toiletries.

BEDROOM 3
This guest bedroom on the ground floor is adorned with modern utilities with utmost comfort.
It is equipped with an AC, fan, and a rollaway bed for extra accommodation.
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with towels and basic toiletries.

BATHROOMS
There are 2 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.

There is a sprawling lawn of 2500 sq mt covering the entire property.
It can seat up to 8 people at any given time.
There is an open garden with a Kids play area.

DECK
A deck is present which offers stunning views of the surroundings.
There is a seating arrangement for up to 3 people, making it a go-to spot for high tea.

POOL
There is a plunge pool present on the property for a relaxing dip.
It measures about 18x8 ft and is accessible from 8 AM to 10 PM.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be availed at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per session.
- A personal staff can be accommodated at an additional rate of Rs 1000 per person per night, excluding meal charges.

- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
