- This pool is 13x24 ft. in size and is 5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

LAWN
- Spanning across a vast expanse the verdant lawn merges seamlessly with the lush greenery around it.
- It is the perfect space for early morning strolls.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Breakfast is complimentary.
- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants.
- Barbeque can be arranged for the guests at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- A bonfire setup can be arranged as per the weather conditions for an additional cost of Rs. 2000 for a duration of 2 hours.
- Guests can also access the ATVs at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person for 1 hour.

This was India's first national park when it was founded in 1936. It bears Jim Corbett name, a renowned environmentalist and naturalist. The stunning Jim Corbett National Park, which is situated in the foothills of the Himalayas close to the ever-famous hill station of Nainital, is also known for having the largest concentration of tigers of any Indian national park. As India's oldest and most prominent National Park, Corbett was first established in 1936 as Hailey National Park. It is also recognised for being the site of the 1973 debut of Project Tiger. PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 2 pets at an additional charge of Rs. 5000 per pet. 
- Pets will not be allowed inside the pool or around the poolside area.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the lawn/garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
