The Space:
Let us walk you through the space.

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
- AC and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- All rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 3 bathrooms - all attached. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats 7 people and has an attached balcony. 
- It offers a music system, TV. 
- The dining area seats 8 people. 
- There is a terrace with seating for up to 20 people. 
- There is a 6000 sq ft. lawn with seating for up to 60 people. 
- There is a swimming pool with a length of 40x30 ft. and a depth of 4 ft. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are included as a part of the stay. 
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Kaluram Turde, Forest Farm, Thakare Hotel & Chinese Corner and Dada’s Grill.  

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa, except for the kitchen.
- In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to books, games and swimming pool. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per person, per day, exclusive of meals and taxes. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy swimming or play indoor games like TT, cards or ludo and outdoor games like cricket, badminton or football. They can carry a peaceful read in the library and also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The villa is relatively secluded. 
- There are 3 resident dogs present at the property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 6 hours and inverter can support lights and fans for up to 12 hours. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- Accommodation for the personal staff will be arranged in an outhouse. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushi dam to have a relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Lonavala - 1 hour. 
- Distance from Pune International Airport - 78 km.
- Distance from Karjat Railway Station - 87 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 50.6 km.
- Distance from Sai Supermarket - 52 km.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 6 cars is available.

HOUSE RULES
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Pets are not allowed in the villa. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- One must wear swimming attire and shower before entering the pool.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Stag groups are not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit will be collected before check-in. This entire amount is refunded within two working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
