LOUNGE AREA
This is the additional living room with a library, set on the first floor of the house.
It acts as the perfect nook for some quietude and a cosy space to unwind & read your favourites with a verdant view.

There is a separate dining area on the ground floor which opens up to the cool blues of the infinity pool and the garden area.

There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries. 

KITCHEN
Guests may use the kitchen to make tea, coffee, instant noodles, and simple food for infants, but not for elaborate cooking.
It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster, and mixer grinder. 
Crockery and cutlery are available.

INFINITY POOL 
Behold a stunning oasis that is 40ft. x 16ft. in size with a 4.5ft. depth and an adjoining deck, for an immersive aquatic experience. 
This infinity pool offers more than just a refreshing dip; a section of it extends indoors to grant couples complete seclusion.
Meanwhile, families can bask in the comfort of the shade it provides, whether to escape the scorching sun or to take shelter from a sudden downpour. 

LAWN
The lawns of the home are ultra-spacious and offer multiple seating areas and picnic tables.
These spaces allow you to sit down, have an al fresco meal, relax, and have some intimate time with your loved ones.

There is a bonfire pit where you can spend your winter evenings as you sip cocktails by the fire in the serene outdoors.

- Pets can be accommodated at an extra charge of Rs. 2500 per pet per night.
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals with Hi-Tea can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 1900 per person for adults and Rs. 1250 per person for kids.

HOME TRUTHS
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- Hookah is strictly prohibited.
- Outside vendors for services like decor, DJ, catering, singing, bartending, and spa are strictly not allowed.
- Since the property is environmentally conscious, in the event of a power outage, the lights can be supported by solar panels. Additionally, there is also a generator which can be in case of power outage.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Cooking and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property, in the staff quarters.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool.
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering.
- The swimming pool may not be operational from November to March due to the low temperatures during the winter.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Outside food is strictly not allowed.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking. - Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement. - Any illegal activity
- including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted. - Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- Please note that guests must pay a mandatory refundable security deposit of Rs. 25,000 in the event of hosting any function or if the number of day visitors exceeds 10 individuals.
