BEDROOMS
- There are 5 bedrooms  - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor. 
- There are 2 suite rooms on the first floor. 
- Heaters and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms.
- TV is offered in the room on the ground floor. 
- All rooms have king-sized beds.

BATHROOMS
- There are 6 bathrooms in the villa - 5 attached, 1 common. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- Bathtubs are offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 15 people. 
- The dining room seats up to 6 people. 
- There is a 21,780 sq. ft lawn.
- It can seat up to 60 people at any given time. 

KITCHEN
- Kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stove, a toaster, an induction plate, a mixer-grinder, a refrigerator and a microwave.
- Crockery and cutlery are available.
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 

FOOD
- Meals are priced at Rs.800 per meal for vegetarian and Rs.900 per meal for non-vegetarian, per person, per day.
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants like Nagar Delight and Nightingale Cafe.  
- BBQ is available at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per person per day for veg and Rs. 2500 per person per day for non-veg.
- Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to their rooms and common areas, except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests will have restricted access to shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 maid staff and 1 driver at an additional charge of Rs.1000 per person, per day, excluding meals.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in nature and embrace its beauty. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. 

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- The indoor fireplace is not operational. 
- This property is not suitable for pets. 
- There is no water purifier. The tap water comes filtered.
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.
- Guests are required to update if barbeque is required 72 hours prior from check in date. 
- During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.

At an altitude of 1,800 metres, Nagar is an ancient town in the Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh, situated at the banks of the river Beas. Famously known for Naggar castle, this quaint place offers many activities to indulge in, including trekking, fishing and shopping. So while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at The Kang's Estate, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Distance from Chandigarh Railway Station - 7 hours drive
- Distance from Nagar Bus Stand - 7 km.
- Distance from Nishalla Market - 3.5 km.

Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 3 cars is available at The Imperial Estate. 

HOUSE RULES
- Loud music is not allowed post 10 PM.
- Drinking is allowed only allowed in the living room and the library area. 
- Smoking is allowed only outdoors. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Stags are not allowed at the property.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
