- Bonfire services can be availed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session for up to two hours.
- The jacuzzi can be accessed at an additional cost of Rs 1500 per session for up to two hours.
- Staff accommodation can be provided at an additional cost of Rs 1000 per person, per night, including meal charges.

Rest under the gazebos and admire the calm atmosphere as the sun dances through the day and paints striking images of the sky. For those who want to take a step back and relax, the jacuzzi offers a sensory experience. Additionally indulge in a long warm bubble bath in the magnificent bathtubs that rejuvenate the body and soul. As the day comes to an end, gather around the bonfire and dig into some barbecued treats as you share stories. Head towards the terrace for a glimpse of the twinkling stars that shine upon nature's grandeur.

- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the bathrooms. A jacuzzi is offered in one of the bathrooms. Two bathrooms also feature a bathtub.

LIVING ROOM & DINING AREA
- It Includes AC, TV, WI-Fi and a sound system
- There is a separate dining area.

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only.
- It is equipped with all cooking essentials, crockery, and cutlery.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

LAWN AND GAZEBO
- There is a 3500 sq. ft lawn with 2 gazebos and a fountain. 
- The lawn can seat up to 25 people. 
- There is an open garden with a sit-out space. Yoga mats can be provided for a workout session.

TERRACE
- The terrace is equipped with seating arrangements.
- It offers beautiful vistas of the region.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 
- All-male groups are allowed however a security deposit needs to be paid before check-in.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 11 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker and host stay on the premises of the same property. 
- This is a standalone property.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
