As you wake up by the gushing ebb and flow of the Periyar River, your eyes are greeted with a magnificent view of the lush garden. Head over to the garden and enjoy a lavish spread of curated delicacies on the gazebo where you watch kids around the sprawling garden. With close proximity to many major attractions of Kochi like Lulu Mall and Adi Sankara Keerthi Stupa, The Periyar Palace is perfect to explore this vibrant city. Athirapally Falls, home to many bollywood songs is just a mile away from the property and one can have their next photoshoot over there. Additionally, The Periyar Palace is decorated with many picturesque spots like the river and the fountain. As the day comes to an end, one can head over to the terrace and look at the reflection of stars on the periyar river and enjoy a scrumptious barbeque meal.

Part of the first living room, the dining area is a beautiful place to enjoy curated culinary delights of Kerala.
The dining area can accommodate up to 7 people comfortably and has an A.C for the guests comfort.

- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, electric kettle, refrigerator, and oven. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

GARDEN
Graced by the gentle embrace of the Periyar river, the garden is the pièce de résistance with its lush and meticulously preserved greenery. 
The garden also features an artificial waterbody along with a gazebo.

TERRACE
The charming jewel of this property is the terrace on the first floor that gives splendid views of the Periyar river and the lush garden. 
The terrace has a seating area for 4 people.

- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbecue grill is available at an extra cost. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow 1 pet at an additional charge of Rs. 700 per night.
- In the villa, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please clean up after your pets, both in the villa and outside in the garden area.
- As a preventive measure, pets will not be allowed inside the kitchen as there may be a possibility of pet hair falling in the food.
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the villa will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
