BEDROOMS: 
- There are 3 bedrooms - all on the ground floor. 
- ACs and attached bathrooms are offered in all the rooms. 
- All the bedrooms offer a sit-out space with a lake view. 
- All bedrooms have king-sized beds. Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
Please note: There are a total of 4 rooms, of which 3 will be accessible to you, if this listing is booked. 
 
BATHROOMS: 
- There are 4 bathrooms - 3 attached and 1 shared. 
- Geysers, towels and basic toiletries are provided in all the bathrooms. 
- There are Jacuzzis in 2 rooms.

COMMON AREAS
- The living room seats up to 6 people. 
- It offers a TV and a wired music system.  
- Indoor games like chess, pool and carrom are available.
- There is a 2,178 sq ft. shared lawn. 
- Events for up to 25 people can be organised at an additional cost, on prior notice. 
- There is an infinity pool. It is 26x36 ft. in size and 4 ft. in depth.
 
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- Crockery and cutlery are available for 12 people. 

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. All other meals can be provided in-house on an a la carte basis. Special discounts can be provided on request, for larger groups.
- Guests are advised not to get outside food at the property.

GUEST ACCESS
- The guests have access to the entire villa, except the kitchen. 
- If this listing is booked, the fourth room will be locked and not booked by any other guest.
-  In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 1 male staff at an additional charge of Rs.2000 per day, including meals.

And when your taste buds crave excitement, indulge in a delectable barbecue spread under the star-studded sky. But the true jewel in this abode's crown lies in its aquatic offerings. Glide through the pristine waters on a serene cruise or satisfy your need for speed with thrilling speed boating adventures.

 
HOME TRUTHS
- Although the stay is deemed safe, guests are advised to exercise necessary caution.
- There are CCTV cameras installed in the common areas for security purposes. 
- Children must be supervised all the time while they are in or around the pool. 
- The caretaker stays at the premises of the same property. 
- We are unable to offer WiFi here. However, cellular network works fairly well.

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Experiences such as speed boating and boat house tours can be arranged for an extra charge.
- Barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs.900 per person.
- Spa services can be arranged at an additional cost.
- Jacuzzi can be used at an additional cost of Rs.2000 per day.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within five working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
