A sprawling holiday home positioned amidst glorious views, vast expanses of lush greenery and expansive outdoor spaces, The Reflection House makes for a serene getaway. The immaculate, minimal interiors complement the spacious white facade. This five-bedroom home boasts a lounge-worthy living room, a terrace with an attached bar, and a manicured lawn complete with swings and other outdoor furnishings. Clearly, it poses as the perfect holiday home for a relaxing getaway!

- Secured parking space for up to 2 cars and 4 bikes 

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 5 air conditioned bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor.
- All rooms offer an array of amenities including a king-sized bed and Wi-Fi access.
- Both rooms on the ground floor open up to the private patio, and all rooms on the first floor have an attached, running balcony, overlooking the pool and the garden.
- 5 rooms offer an attached bathroom. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 5 attached bathrooms and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.
- A separate dressing area is offered in all the attached bathrooms.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a spacious living room on the ground floor of the villa. It offers U-shaped seating for up to 8 people.
- It is equipped with an AC, Wi-Fi access and a TV.
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 8 people.
- The exteriors of the villa feature a sprawling half-acre lawn, complete with swings and a cabana, ideal for an alfresco feast.
- It can seat up to 8 people.
- Carrom and chess boards are available on the property.
- There is a private heated swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM.
- The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to unwind in. It has pool loungers and sit-out space.
- An air-conditioned games area with a pool table and comfortable seating.
- Guests can soak in the gorgeous surrounding views from the terrace.
- There is an outdoor bar counter on the terrace.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen to prepare their own meals.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, toaster, mixer-grinder, crockery and cutlery.

Heated Swimming Pool
- There is a private heated swimming pool, 4.5 ft. in depth.
- Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 10 PM. A charge of Rs. 7500 will be levied if the guests require pool heating. The request needs to be made 24 hours in advance.
- The pool deck makes for an ideal spot to unwind in. It has pool loungers and sit-out space.

FOOD
- All meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Guests can go out to nearby restaurants such as Konkan Katta, Amravan Restaurant, NH66 Garden Restaurant, Nivaant Restaurant. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.                          
GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 female and 2 male staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, excluding meal charges. The staff members will be accommodated in-house. The cost for staff meals will align with that of adult meals, and an 18% GST charge will be added to these charges.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy a relaxing dip in the pool. Play indoor games like cards, table tennis, pool and foosball. Take a leisurely stroll on the beautifully manicured lawn, unwind in the cabana and enjoy an alfresco feast. Head over to the terrace and soak in the misty breeze and savour the splendid landscapes. Relish a lavish barbecue spread.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- Barbecue can be availed at an additional charge.
- A cost of ₹7,500 per night will be applicable for pool heating if requested by the guest. This request must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
- Manicure, pedicure, and massage services can be arranged at an additional cost with prior notice, at least one day in advance.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- The stay is a part of a gated society. 
- Guests are advised to be cautious, given the presence of snakes, frogs and bats around. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property. 
- The interiors of the property are wheelchair accessible, however, there are 10 steps leading up to the villa. 
- In case of a power outage, a generator is available. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Cellular networks may be spotty, however, guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

An ideal getaway from the city’s chaotic life, Alibaug shares its boundaries with the magnificent Arabian Sea. It is most commonly known for its sea forts, virgin beaches, black sand, mouthwatering seafood and a myriad of adventurous water sports. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Take a calming walk at Alibaug Beach.
- Explore a mini detour to Vrindavan Farm.
- Embrace the splendour of Murud-Janjira Fort.
- Experience the beauty of nature in Kanakeshwar Forest.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug. 

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- It is mandatory to share valid ID proof for all the guests, at the time of booking.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
