Think of a serene getaway nestled in the heart of Panchgani, tucked away from the urban clamour - The Skyline is just that. Perched upon a hill and enveloped in splendid landscapes of the mountains and the lake, this contemporary villa is something out of a picture. As soon as you step inside the property, it’s jaw-dropping clean interiors will leave you in awe - the expansive indoor spaces are washed out in the hues of whites and soothing browns. Adding to it are the plush furnishings in every nook of this cosy abode. We recommend enjoying a relaxing dip in your very own private pool whilst soaking in the views of the lake beyond. The terrace offers undisputed views, something that is a norm for every getaway! However, what we love about this home is that it is a perfect balance of lavish experiences and a humble homely charisma - making it a perfect home away home.

This is neither a wheelchair-friendly property nor a pet-friendly property.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- This blissful abode houses a total of 4 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. 
- All bedrooms are equipped with a plethora of amenities including a king-sized bed, AC, TV, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, electric kettle and an ensuite bathroom. 
- One of the bedrooms on the first floor overlooks the lake. 
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- This immaculate holiday home boasts a soothing palette of whites, beiges and browns and almost sweeps you to a haven of your own.
- The expansive living area is furnished with sofa-style seating arrangements for up to 6 people. 
- It is equipped with a variety of amenities including Wi-Fi access, a portable music system and a TV. 
- The dining area is a component of the living area and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
- It is not equipped with an AC.
- Guests can head out and enjoy a relaxing soak in the private swimming pool, 27x12 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. in depth. 
- Guests have access to the pool from 8 AM to 7 PM. It is located in an open area. 
- The terrace makes for an ideal space to unwind, relax and simply enjoy the scenery around. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes only. 
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

FOOD
- Vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Please note that breakfast and high tea will be cooked in-house and all other meals will be delivered from a nearby restaurant.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The staff will be available from 8 AM till 11 PM. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION

We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff.

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a serene getaway in the quaint hills of Panchgani, this immaculate holiday home hosts a spectrum of experiences. Within the property, guests can begin their day amidst the lush greenery and pristine views of the lake. Gather your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Reserve the evening for a relaxing dip in the indoor swimming pool. Devour an elaborate barbecue spread around the bonfire. End the day under a blissful blanket of starry skies, on the terrace. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session. Raw materials will be charged as per actuals.
- Please note that bonfire and barbecue will not be available during monsoons.
- Please note that charges will be applicable if guests choose to bring their own vendors to the property.
- Butler services can be availed at an additional cost by the guests, subject to prior request and availability. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property, however, there are 3 steps leading up to the villa and assistance for the same can be provided.
- Please note that the living room is not equipped with an AC.
- The road leading up to the villa may not be concrete.
- The view might be impacted and there might be disturbance due to ongoing construction in the vicinity of the property. 
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances and the inverter can support all fans and lights for up to 4 hours. 
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

A town originally discovered as a summer resort, Panchgani has come a long way. Now well-renowned as the tourists’ favourite hill station, it is a paradise, famous for its sunrise and sunset points. Sitting amidst five-hills of the Sahyadris, it is a great hilly spot for those who love to spend time outdoors. So, while you’re enjoying your luxurious stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.

- Distance from Pune Airport - 112 km.
- Distance from Satara Railway Station - 53 km.
- Distance from Panchgani Bus Stand - 1 km.
- Distance from Panchgani Market - 1 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool since it is located in an open area.
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
