The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 3 bedrooms - 1 on the ground floor, 2 on the first floor. 
- Heater, WiFi, electric kettle, fireplace and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms.
- All rooms have king-sized beds and attached balconies offering a hill view. 
- The room on the ground floor along with one of the rooms on the first floor also features an AC.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - 3 attached and 1 powder room.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There is a living room on the ground floor. 
- It provides seating for up to 10 people. 
- It is equipped with WiFi and a heater. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and provides comfortable seating for up to 8 people. It is equipped with a TV. 

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier, toaster and a mixer-grinder. 
- Crockery and cutlery are available.

FOOD
- Breakfast is complimentary. 
- Lunch and dinner can be provided at an additional cost of Rs. 600 per person, per meal for veg meals and at Rs. 700 per person, per meal for non-veg meals. 
- Non-veg cooking and consumption is allowed. 

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to shared amenities. 

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for 2 male staff members or 2 female staff members at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per person, per day, inclusive of breakfast. The staff will be accommodated in the staff quarters. In case, there is a male and a female staff member, the female staff member will be accommodated in-house. 

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests can enjoy and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can relish a scrumptious barbeque meal and request for a bonfire to be lit up. Guests can also venture out, go on hikes and trails and embrace the beauty around. 

ADDITIONAL COSTS
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use. 
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 per 2 hours. 
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There is a CCTV camera that captures the external area and the living area for safety reasons. 
- In case of a power outage, the inverter can support lights and fans for up to 6 hours. 
- The caretaker stays in the premises of the same property. 
- WiFi, although offered, is subject to network availability at any given time.
- Most mobile networks work fairly well here. 
- During the monsoon season, the house may be prone to common bugs and insects. As a preventive measure, please keep the bedroom doors shut during the stay.

Kasauli, a cantonment town, is one of the most popular hill stations of Himachal Pradesh. It is often described as a hiker’s paradise, surrounded by lush greenery and majestic mountains. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable. 
- Take a tour to Kasauli Brewery where you can explore the process of Whiskey production and taste a sample of distilled whiskey. 
- Enjoy a panoramic view of nature from Monkey’s Point. 

Getting Around:
- Distance from Chandigarh Airport - 65 km.
- Distance from Kalka Railway Station - 40 km.
- Distance from Kasauli Bus Stand - 5 km.
- Distance from Kasauli Mall - 4 km.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
