The dining area can accommodate 24 people comfortably.

LAKE
This shimmering oasis is blessed with tranquil waters, the man-made lake lets you unwind in nature and have conversation with your loved ones. 
The lake is accessible to the guests till 7PM. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. 
- A barbecue meal can be available at an extra cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire setup can be arranged at an extra charge of Rs. 1000 per session.
- Amenities like torch, and fire extinguisher can be used by the guests for no extra cost.
- This is a pet-friendly property. Guests with pets must pay a security deposit of Rs 5000 if they wish to keep their pets during their stay.

PET POLICY
- Pets are welcome at this property. However, as a standard pet policy, we allow only up to 1 pet at an additional security deposit of Rs. 5000. 
- In the cottage, pets are not permitted on beds, futons, chairs, couches, or blankets. 
- Please carry your pet’s favourite blanket, as the towels/blankets at the cottage will not be accessible to them.
- Guests are advised to groom their pets, prior to arrival, especially if they are prone to shedding, as pet hair can be difficult to remove.

House Rules
- The lake is accessible to the guests till 7PM. 
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. 
- In case of a power outage, the 125 KVA genset can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. 
- Mobile networks such as airtel work fairly well.
- There is no Wi-Fi available at the property. Guests are requested to bring their own dongle for internet connection.
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. External DJ is not allowed.
- Guests are advised not to step out after dark, as it may not be safe, given the presence of wild creatures around.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas for security purposes. 
- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property and is available till 10 PM.
- This is not a standalone property. There are 14 cottages around each other.
- Please note that hookah/sheesha is not permitted on the premises due to local regulations.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the cottage only. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
