This is a snug bedroom on the ground floor that features ample of luxe amenities to ensure your utmost comfort. 
It is equipped with an AC, wardrobe, king-sized bed, separate seating area and an extra single bed. 
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, geyser, towel and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 2
This is a snug bedroom on the first floor that features ample of luxe amenities to ensure your utmost comfort. 
It is equipped with an AC, wardrobe, king-sized bed, separate seating area and an extra single bed. 
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, geyser, towel and basic toiletries. 

BEDROOM 3
This is a snug bedroom on the first floor that features ample of luxe amenities and opens up to an attached balcony. 
It is equipped with an AC, wardrobe, king-sized bed, separate seating area and an extra single bed. 
This room opens up to an ensuite bathroom equipped with a hairdryer, geyser, towel and basic toiletries. 

BATHROOMS
There are 3 attached bathrooms. 
All bathrooms have a geysers, hairdryers, towels and basic toiletries.

LIVING ROOM 
The home opens up to a rustic living room on the ground floor, furnished with traditional fittings and modern conveniences. 
It features ample plush seating arrangements along with a massage chair. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8  people. 
It is equipped with a plethora of amenities including an AC and a music system. 

DINING AREA 
The snug dining area is a component of the living room. 
It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people. 

LAWN 
Step out and you will find yourself in the midst of lush green gardens that span over 8500 sq. ft., ideal for embarking on a stroll. 
It is embellished with ample seating arrangements for up to 8 people for you to soak in nature.

POOL 
A huge private swimming pool awaits your arrival, complete with sunken pool seating arrangements. 
The pool is 34x13 ft. in size and 5 ft. in depth. Guests have access to the pool from 9 AM to 11 AM. 
Children must always be supervised when in or around the pool. 

KITCHEN
Guests can access the kitchen for reheating purposes.
It is equipped with essentials, crockery and cutlery.
Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.

TERRACE 
Guests can head over to the terrace and savour the beautiful views of the surroundings. 

ACTIVITIES
Exuding an olden charisma, this holiday home promises to teleport you to the yesteryears. Right from the furnishings to its structure, the spectrum of amenities available will leave you spoilt for choice. Days here begin with a leisurely stroll in the gardens, as you soak in the sun. Devour a sumptuous breakfast. As the day progresses, make sure to spend quality time with your loved ones and play indoor games like cards and ludo. Come evening, the private swimming pool awaits your arrival. End the day with a day elaborate barbecue spread best relished around the bonfire. Grab a book to read and enjoy in the midst of unending peace.

ADD-ON SERVICES

- Guests can choose to eat out or order in from nearby restaurants or the clubhouse.
- Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per use.
- Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 500 per session.
- Additional amenities such as a torch, iron, washing machine and a medical kit can be provided on request.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

HOME TRUTHS & HOUSE RULES 

- Guests have access to the common clubhouse on the premises of the society.

- The stay is a part of a gated community. 

- This is not a pet-friendly property. 

- This is a wheelchair-friendly property. 

- We are unable to offer power backup here, however, power outages are rare. 

- Mobile networks such as Airtel and Jio work fairly well here.

- Reheating and consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed. 

- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.

- The caretaker stays on the premises of the same property. The caretaker will be available till 10 PM. 

- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.

- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 

- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 

- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 

- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 

- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to. 
- Should the property be utilised for commercial filming, video shooting, or group activities that exceed the parameters of the initial booking, the guest shall be liable to incur supplementary charges in addition to the standard villa booking fees.
- Furthermore, an extra refundable security deposit shall be required to address any potential damages arising from the extended usage of the property.
- Failure to settle the specified commercial charges for exceeding the original booking scope will result in the cancellation of the reservation and denial of check-in.
