This is not a wheelchair-friendly property. Pets are not allowed.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 spacious bedrooms - one on the ground floor and the other three on the first floor.
- All bedrooms are equipped with ensuite bathrooms, comfortable king-sized beds, an extra mattress, AC, and Wi-Fi.
- The rooms also feature a quaint wardrobe and hangers.
- Nestled in the midst of nature, get to experience stunning views of the lake & the verdant green lawns.

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 attached bathrooms and 1 common bathroom on the ground floor.
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels, and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- There are 2 living rooms, situated on the ground floor and first floor respectively.
- Both the living rooms are not equipped with an air conditioning system. 
- The living room on the ground floor with TV seats up to 10 people and the one on the first floor seats up to 7 people.
- Both the living rooms are equipped with Wi-Fi, a portable music system, and wired CCTV cameras.
-The first floor also features two balconies on either side and a personal study room.
- The dining room is a component of the living room on the ground floor and can seat up to 9 people. It is not equipped with an AC.
- There is a private pool, 40 x 20 ft. in size and 10 ft. in depth 
- The exteriors of the villa feature a 10890sq.ft verdant green lawn with a gazebo where guests can indulge in playful outdoor activities. 

KITCHEN
- Guests may use the kitchen for reheating purposes but not for elaborate cooking.
- It is equipped with a microwave, oven,  gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, mixer, grinder, purifier, and an elaborate selection of condiments. 
- Crockery and cutlery are also available.

FOOD
- Vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Prices and items may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.
- Consumption of non-veg food is allowed.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. The caretaker will be available from 08:00 AM to 09:00 PM.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
We can provide accommodation for your personal staff for up to 2 people at an additional cost of Rs.1000 exclusive of meals. Staff accommodation can be provided in-house.

ACTIVITIES
Within the property, guests are spoilt for choice with a variety of indoor activities they can choose from. Enjoy a competitive game of ludo and cards with your friends or family. Take a de-stressing dip in the infinity pool while looking over the views of the surrounding verdant lawn or go fishing in the private lake adjacent to the property. Have a homely yet authentic Malvani meal in the dining area. Avid readers are in for a treat as this home features an in-house library with an ample collection of books. 

ADD-ON SERVICES
- A barbecue meal can be arranged at an extra charge.
- Washing machine can be used at an extra cost of Rs.500 per use.
- A bonfire setup can be availed at an additional cost of Rs.500 per use.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! 
- In case of a power outage, the generator can support all the appliances for up to 24 hours. Please note that the diesel for the generator will be charged as per actuals and charges will be borne by the guests.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the living room areas for security purposes.
- This home is a part of a gated community. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio and Airtel work fairly well here. 
- All male and female groups are allowed.
- Service from delivery partners like Swiggy and Zomato is not available in Alibaug.

An ideal getaway from the city’s chaotic life, Nagaon is just a hop-skip away from Alibaug. Alibaug shares its boundaries with the magnificent Arabian Sea. It is most commonly known for its sea forts, virgin beaches, black sand, mouthwatering seafood, and a myriad of adventurous water sports. So, while you’re enjoying your peaceful stay at this property, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Take a calming walk at Alibaug Beach.
- Explore a mini detour to Vrindavan Farm.
- Embrace the splendour of Murud-Janjira Fort.
- Experience the beauty of nature in Kanakeshwar Forest.
- Enjoy mouthwatering meals at Kiki’s, Buono Pizzeria, Boardwalk by Flamboyante.

- Distance from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj airport - 112.8 km.
- Distance from Alibaug - 8 km.
- Distance from Pen Station - 39.7 km.
- Distance from Nagaon market - 3 km.
- Distance from Mandwa Jetty - 26.3 km.

HOUSE RULES
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests can avail of the services of an external DJ adhering to the time restrictions.
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 15,000 will be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
