- It is equipped with an AC, a TV, Wi-Fi, single mattress, and a wardrobe, providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
- It also offers an ensuite bathroom.

BEDROOM 2
- Adorned in pristine white, this spacious bedroom is nestled on the lower ground floor, exuding a sense of airiness and serenity.
- It is equipped with an AC, a TV, Wi-Fi, single mattress, and a wardrobe, providing essential amenities for a comfortable stay.
- It also offers an ensuite bathroom.

BATHROOMS
- There are 2 ensuite bathrooms.
- Each bathroom is equipped with a geyser, towels, a hair dryer, and basic toiletries for the guests' convenience. 

DINING AREA
- For a delightful outdoor dining experience, guests have the option to dine al fresco, where up to 30 people can be comfortably accommodated.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the commercial kitchen.
- It is equipped with a water purifier, crockery, and cutlery.
- The kitchen is divided into separate sections and equipped with utensils for both vegetarian and non-vegetarian food preparations.

DECK AREA
- The property features 2 deck areas, providing cosy spots to come together, engage in lively conversations, and partake in various activities.
- Each of these deck areas is well-appointed with seating arrangements, with one accommodating up to 12 people and the other catering to 4 people.

WORK STATION & GAMES ROOM
- A workstation is available for guests who prefer to combine work and leisure while on their getaway, allowing them to attend to their tasks.
- This space can accommodate up to 4 people.
- Additionally, there is a games room located near the pool, which has a table tennis table, carrom board, and various other indoor games.

POOL
- The property boasts a beautiful blue pool that serves as a striking contrast to the lush green surroundings, providing a refreshing oasis for guests.
- It is 30x20 ft. in size and 4.5 ft. deep. Guests can access the pool from 8 AM to 10 PM.

LAWN
- Covering an expanse of 3000 sq.ft, this beautiful lawn perfectly complements the equally stunning abode, enhancing the overall charm of the property.
- It offers an ideal space for a range of activities, including morning strolls, yoga and meditation, and various outdoor activities.
- It can seat up to 20 people comfortably. In case of any events, 100 people can also be accommodated here.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- All meals can be provided in-house at an additional cost.
- A barbeque grill can be arranged for an additional charge. 
- The costs for the aforementioned food and beverage offerings and events are subject to an 18% GST charge.
- Bonfire setup can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 for a duration of 2:30 hours.
- Guests have the option to rent Navaris for an authentic Maharashtrian photo-op session, available at an extra charge.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOUSE RULES & HOME TRUTHS
- Please note that the premises house 3 distinctive units out of which guests have access to only 1 unit with 2 bedrooms. Please note that it does not have a dedicated living room or dining area.
- Guests only have access to the Sulawada reception area, lawn and outdoor areas, shared facilities with Sula Wada and Lawn House.
- All-male groups are not allowed.
- This is not a pet-friendly property.
- This is not a wheelchair-friendly property.
- In case of a power outage, there is a generator that can provide 8 hours of power backup.
- All mobile networks work fairly well here.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. 
- Consumption of non-vegetarian food is allowed.
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM.
- There are CCTV cameras that capture the common and external areas of the property for security purposes.
- Tree House is not a standalone villa with separate living and dining areas. Instead, it offers two individual rooms within the larger Sulawada property.
- The caretaker resides on the premises of the property and will be available from 8 AM to 10 PM.
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas. Please do not carry food/drinks in and around the pool. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only. 
- We urge you to wear swimming attire in the pool and kindly shower before entering. 
- Children should be supervised while they are in or around the pool. 
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
