A holiday home where all rooms have attached bathrooms, personal refrigerators and intercoms, it ensures that you have a comfortable stay. The villa is nestled at an elevation of 7000 ft. and is close to the hot springs of Vashisht and the Jogni waterfall, which are interesting to make a visit to while you stay here. At nominal charges, bonfires and barbecues can be arranged. It truly is an idyllic place to spend a few days away from city life at.

We care for your absolute comfort! To that effect, we provide:

THE SPACE:

BEDROOMS
- There are 6 bedrooms - 2 on the first floor, 3 on the second floor and 1 on the third floor. 
- All bedrooms have a double bed, heater, TV, refrigerator and an intercom. 
- Extra mattresses can be provided on request.
- Fresh linen and pillows are provided in all rooms.
 
BATHROOMS
- The villa has 6 ensuite bathrooms and 1 powder room. 
- All bathrooms are modern and have geysers for hot water supply.
- A few bathrooms have bathtubs.
- Essentials such as towels and basic toiletries are provided.

COMMON AREAS 
- The living area is spacious and can accommodate about 20 people.
- There is a balcony attached to the living area. Guests can enjoy the beautiful view with a cup of hot coffee.
- The indoor fireplace is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session. 
- The villa has a private lawn with a beautiful view.
- A barbeque can be arranged at an additional cost.
 
KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen. 

FOOD
- Items are subject to availability. Prices stated on the menu are approximate pricing of the items which can vary at the property.
- Prices are subject to change without any prior intimation.
- Everything is freshly prepared, we request guests to place their orders at least 3 hours in advance.
- For all vegetarian and non-vegetarian Thali orders a minimum order of 12 people is required.

Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa and all its indoor and outdoor spaces except for the kitchen. However, the kitchen is not accessible for elaborate cooking.

Interaction with Guests
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via call or message. A personal concierge is present to serve you on demand. Besides, a trained and responsible caretaker is also present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay.

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
- Yes, we can accommodate your personal staff at a nearby place from the villa for Rs. 1200 with breakfast and Rs. 800 without breakfast. Prices may vary depending on availability and peak season rates.

ADD-ON SERVICES
- The indoor fireplace can be used at an additional cost of Rs. 1200 per session. 
- A bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 2000 per two-hour session.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. The same can be used as credit for food bills and additional experiences at the property.
- Laundry services can be availed at an additional cost.
-Extra guests/mattresses will be charged for Rs. 2000 per person/night.
- Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates.

HOME TRUTHS 

While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- There are approximately 50 steps leading up to the villa. 
- Incase of a power outage, the generator can be used for a duration of 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening per day, at an additional cost of Rs. 400 per hour.
- There are CCTV cameras at the entrance of the villa and in the dining area.
- Outside vendors are not allowed for any decor or events. 
- Meals, if taken, will be served at appropriate meal timings.
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel work fairly well here.

Getting Around & Transportation
- Distance from Kullu Manali Airport - Approx. 53 km
- Distance from Manali Bus Stand - Approx. 3 km
- This property is easily accessible by road, though the last 500 meters is a steep uphill stretch. However, guests can drive directly to the villa, as there is ample parking space for 2-3 cars.

 HOUSE RULES 
- Outside food is not allowed. 
- Please be mindful and keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM. 
- Please ensure you and your group stay absolutely safe. We also trust our guests to enjoy a happy high without indulging in drunken misbehaviour of any kind.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the villa.
- IDs are required for all guests.
- All-male groups are not allowed.

POLICIES:
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit of Rs. 10,000 will be collected before check-in. The same can be used as credit for food bills and additional experiences at the property.
- A refundable deposit will be collected by the caretaker/ StayVista representative at check-in and returned at check-out, provided there are no damages or missing items.
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
