Best suited for couples, families with children and large groups, this villa is a perfect mix of serenity and comfort for a quick weekend getaway.

The Space:

BEDROOMS
- There are 4 bedrooms - 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the second floor.
- The bedrooms offer a variety of amenities including a double bed, AC and ensuite bathroom. 
- There is an additional room on the first floor, with a sofa-cum-bed, an AC and an ensuite bathroom. 

BATHROOMS
- There are 4 bathrooms in the villa - all attached.
- An additional bathroom is attached to the 5th room, which is equipped with a bathtub. 
- All bathrooms have geysers, towels and basic toiletries.

COMMON AREAS
- The home opens up to a spacious living room on the ground floor, replete with plush seating arrangements and stocked bookshelves along with a carrom board. 
- It offers a variety of amenities including a TV and an AC. 
- The dining area is a part of the living room and can seat up to 10 people comfortably. 
- The exteriors of the property feature massive gardens, featuring a gazebo, swings and a basketball net.

KITCHEN
- Guests do not have access to the kitchen.
- The kitchen is equipped with crockery and cutlery.

FOOD
- ⁠All vegetarian meals can be provided at an additional cost.
- All meals will be prepared in the villa kitchen.
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 
- Guests can also eat out in nearby restaurants such as German Bakery, Rama Krishna, Kinara Dhaba and Sunny Da Dhaba. 
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own cook or prepare meals themselves at the Villa.

GUEST ACCESS
The guests have access to the entire villa except for the kitchen. In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, guests may have restricted access to any shared amenities.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS
The host is not present at the property but is always accessible via phone or message. A trained and responsible caretaker is present at the property to resolve any concerns and help you have a perfect stay. 

STAFF ACCOMMODATION
There is no separate staff accommodation, however, they can be accommodated in the living/kitchen area of the villa. Staff charges will be the same as an extra person charge.

ACTIVITIES
Promising to be a blissful getaway amidst the rising hills of Lonavala, Vista Valencia Villa is a beautiful holiday home. Days here begin with a leisurely stroll on the lawn and a morning cuppa best savoured whilst soaking in the refreshing breeze. There are swings, badminton and a basketball net to keep you and your little ones occupied. For all book lovers, there is a fully stocked bookshelf boasting a variety of reads.

HOME TRUTHS
While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later!
- All-male groups are not allowed. 
- Cooking or consumption of non-vegetarian food is not allowed. 
- Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time.
- Mobile networks such as Jio/Airtel/Vi work fairly well here.
- Please note that guests cannot hire or bring any outside vendor for any events at the property.

An escapist hill station surrounded by green valleys and waterfalls, Lonavala is one of the most sought-after tourist getaways near Mumbai and Pune. It is a great way to skip town and live in the lap of nature filled with scenic lakes, waterfalls and dams along with cliff tops and eluding caves and forts. So, while you are enjoying your stay at Vista Valencia, here are a few nearby places and activities we recommend to make your stay even more memorable.
- Head over to Bushy dam to have some relaxing time.
- Experience the thrill of the theme park in Imagica.
- Have some pictures clicked at celebrity wax museum.
- Enjoy a serene view from Tiger or Sunset Point.

Getting Around:
- Distance from Pune Airport - 72.4 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Railway Station - 4.6 km.
- Distance from Lonavala Bus Stand - 4.2 km.
- The local market is at a distance of 2.5 km.

Taxi services can be offered at an additional cost. Should you wish to drive down in your own car, secured parking space for 2 cars is available at Vista Valencia.

HOUSE RULES
- Alcohol consumption is allowed in designated areas only. 
- Smoking is allowed in the exterior areas of the villa only.
- Guests are earnestly requested to treat the home with care.

POLICIES
- The full payment must be made for your booking to be confirmed.
- The number of guests must not exceed the count mentioned at the time of booking.
- Only the guests who have been accounted for are allowed at the villa.
- All guests must be able to share valid ID proofs when asked. This could be at the time of booking, and also upon arrival.
- All foreign nationals must be able to share their passport and visa details prior to their stay.
- Any damage to the property caused by the guest will be charged as per the actual cost of repair or replacement.
- Any illegal activity - including but not limited to prostitution and the use of narcotics - is strictly not permitted.
- Any commercial activity is strictly not permitted.
- A refundable deposit may be collected before check-in. 
- This entire amount is refunded within 5 working days, provided the total number of guests does not increase and the check-out time is adhered to.
